After our furniture was delivered we realized we were thinking our living room was bigger than we thought so I texted Ed and he arranged an exchange of a couch for a loveseat and had it here before our family came to see the new house. All the sales people were very helpful but Ed is your man when you need new furniture. In all my years of buying furniture, Woodstock Furniture Outlet has been the best in price and customer service. I don't know that we've had the "custom" sofa for more than a year (very lightly used) and nobody sits in the particular area where the sofa is failing already. Sent a repair technician this morning who told me that he essentially needs to disassemble the entire sofa. Process, product and experience are not inline with marketing messaging. Do better.
