I watched the customer ahead of me receive a warm greeting and friendly conversation, but when it was my turn, I was met with complete silence. When I approached the older lady at the counter, I said, "Good morning," and received no response. When I said, "Thank you," I was again met with silence. Whether intentional or not, the difference in treatment was noticeable and left me feeling unwelcome. This is a sad reflection of the times we live in. Every customer deserves to be treated with the same level of respect and courtesy. Do better. Be better.
