This place is like the Cheers of Paint stores. They know their customers and they want to make sure you get what you need. He took time to go over the Results of the water he tested in the store and explained in detail what I did and didn't need. He gave me some diy hacks to use and helped me purchase what products that were essential. It's reassuring to know a sales rep is not trying to only push products, yet helped educate me as a new pool and hot tub owner and for that I will be a repeat customer. He helped me with the reward points and showed me how to benefit from them with my future purchases. If this young man does not receive a raise and bonuses your pool company will suffer in the long haul. It's obvious that employees of this caliber do NOT exist anymore.
