I decided to buy an extra bag of dog food since we had a full loyalty punch card to redeem for a percentage off the purchase. The gal working, not the owner but has been here for years, informed me there was minimal available due to a recent recall on the brand. I was impressed and grateful. I had not heard of the recall and appreciate them being in the know for me. Our vet recently recommended to make the switch to a senior food, and the senior Victor was available. Brewer loved his birthday treat and new collar, and is still loving the new senior food.

I love that they assign my girl to the same groomer each time. My dog goes to her readily each time. The groomer always comes out to talk with me before the session to make sure we both agree and understand what is to be done. My doggie always looks (and feels) so good after her grooming! The place is always bright and clean, and the employees seem genuinely happy to work there. I do wish you could make an appointment online without having to put down a deposit for the slot, but I just call instead and it all works out well. I definitely recommend Wolfgang grooming!

Do not recommend this place, we picked up our dog and his haircut was not only awful but he was…read moreinjured with a gash in his paw pad. We went back the next morning and they DID fix his haircut for us which I appreciate, but the fact they are underestimating the injury caused by them to our dog is NOT OKAY (also would like to add that he is a very calm well manored dog) My husband called for a refund as we now possibly need to take our dog to the vet for antibiotics and to have it checked out, it keeps opening up and bleeding all over the house since it is on his foot, and it obviously will end up costing us money out of our pocket now for vet fees and medication. The lady he spoke with the first time because the owner was out for the day, told us to "go get neosporin and a bandaid it's just a little scratch" then someone called back and offered a refund for half of what we paid (not including the generous tip we gave before we realized what really happened). Also, while my husband was there afterwards getting the half refund (since something is better than nothing) he said he witnessed one of the workers drop a small dog from the top level of kennels and the employees response was "oh he did that not me" referring to the dog. I took my pup here for her first visit. Everything was good. They took the time to say hi to her…read moreand she was off to play. I was able to watch her on the cameras and she did very well. Staff stopped to pet her when she was looking for some human attention. She had dinner when I brought her home and passed out. Perfect. Once home, they texted me to say they forgot to make notes for her "paw-gress" report. As a dog mom I want to know how things went. All they said was that she had a good day. They apologized and said I would get a free one next time. I hope they will work on whatever procedures need occur.
