Do not recommend this place, we picked up our dog and his haircut was not only awful but he was injured with a gash in his paw pad. We went back the next morning and they DID fix his haircut for us which I appreciate, but the fact they are underestimating the injury caused by them to our dog is NOT OKAY (also would like to add that he is a very calm well manored dog) My husband called for a refund as we now possibly need to take our dog to the vet for antibiotics and to have it checked out, it keeps opening up and bleeding all over the house since it is on his foot, and it obviously will end up costing us money out of our pocket now for vet fees and medication. The lady he spoke with the first time because the owner was out for the day, told us to "go get neosporin and a bandaid it's just a little scratch" then someone called back and offered a refund for half of what we paid (not including the generous tip we gave before we realized what really happened). Also, while my husband was there afterwards getting the half refund (since something is better than nothing) he said he witnessed one of the workers drop a small dog from the top level of kennels and the employees response was "oh he did that not me" referring to the dog. A few days ago they did our Yorkie. They did pretty good on her. There's a few uneven spots but not anything terrible. Today they did my German Shepard. I asked for a good deshedding. $90 and she got a bath and her ears cleaned. They clipped her rear a little bit. But after 2 1/2 hours I got back a wet dog that was still shedding hair like crazy. I could've given her a bath for free. The wet fur in my car when I got her home was just flipping ridiculous. I was going to leave 1 star but I'm leaving 2 because the customer service was friendly. I visited the Pet Parlor on 9/26 with my dog Nike and it was such a pleasant experience! I didn't expect to even be seen because I called at the last minute. However, the staff was very friendly and understanding and allowed me to set a same day appointment. The check in was easy and the staff is so warm and helpful. I loved my experience and I believe Nike did too! He has been jumping all over and looks like a "new man" haha! I love his haircut and I have to say this is the best I've seen Nike! We have been using them for three years. Very nice people. I trusted them whole-heartedly with my dogs. The price was fantastic. But... the dogs always came home with choppy looking/uneven cuts. I have always over-looked that because it was never really horrible. I always felt like it was just hair, and they were so good to my dogs, so it wasn't a big deal. Until this last visit. Took our Standard Poodle in for his 3rd or 4th groom with them and it turned into a chop shop disaster. Granted, he is 1 years old and still very much a puppy. He wasn't cooperating. I am thinking there was some impatience and frustration and instead of calling me to tell me that today isn't a good day... or, better yet, putting him away to calm down and going back to him later on... they proceeded and let their frustration get the best of them. He ended up with the most jacked up and embarrassing haircut ever. I am thinking that they were frustrated and didn't have time for his shenanigans because they were trying to get 20 dogs groomed in a 5 hour span of time because they only work 9-2 pm. I hope all of that was worth losing a good client who tipped very well. He has absolutely no Poodle poof on his head as it is shaved completely down. His body is shaved down. His tail is shaved completely down also. All that is poofy is his ears. Supposedly he was matted. We use a slicker brush on him at least twice a day. Unacceptable. And we were charged full price for that! So if you like the good points that I stated in the very beginning, then this place is a perfect fit for you. If you have a wild child like I do... don't even bother. I would hate for someone to come home with a dog looking like mine does right now. And he goes everywhere with us! nastiest people and pet parlor I've ever seen. all the women do is stand outside all day smoking cigarettes and complaining about cars parking in their lot. I promise there are cleaner and friendlier places in Paulding. Do not take your pets here. The bald woman is the primary groomer and she is abrasive, rude, has a foul mouth and smokes. the owner Gia defends this behavior, and any complaints will be argued , shouted over to the customer directly. If you love your pets, do better for them than this place. read more

I was in need of a pet groomer for my pup-buddy who was in need of a good bath. I located the Pet Parlor on Yelp, read the reviews, and decided to call. The young lady that answered the phone was so kind and pleasant; she asked me several questions regarding my puppy and was able to work me into the day's schedule. Pup-buddy and I arrived to find that the Pet Parlor was so busy, it seemed like there were so many dogs waiting. The groomer said that my dog would be ready for pickup in 2 hours; and she was right! I received a call in exactly 2 hours! My pup-buddy smelled fresh, was adorned with a cute neckerchief, and seemed happy! I will definitely be returning to the Pet Parlor read more

Used these groomers once. Service was good. I have a new dog, so didn't know how it would go. The only thing I don't like is that they don't take debit cards and I never carry cash. Just a little inconvenient. Their prices are very reasonable and Dolly likes them, except, she is new to crates. So has to get her use to their crates. Worst groomer ever!!!! They are extremely rude!! I called to tell them how unhappy I was with their cuts and That I wouldn't be back again...they said that's fine and literally hung up on me!!!! They botched my dogs!!!! Charged me a "dematting fee", when all they did was shave one of them almost completely to the skin, and very blotchy in some areas!!!' I told them I wanted both my goldendoodles to look uniform (that I didn't want them to look like a poodle with long face and tail! Well they did completely opposite of that on one of my dogs, leaving him basically looking like a lion! I am furious!!!! They knicked one of their stomachs and cut straight lines down the back of the legs, never even seen that before so no clue what happened there!!!! Their facility is very dirty and I should have known not to leave them when we walked in the door!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!! I wish I could attach photos, but this site won't let me!
