Did the project in 3 days. Couldn't do it exactly right but oh well. I then requested they come back out because it was a mediocre job. So they redid pretty much the whole project with a different more qualified crew. 2 more days but looks ok. After a month there were still some poor spots in the yard. Took them roughly another month to come out. Oh well they ended up fixing it so I didn't worry about it. Well at their initial project the bright minds tried to use a skid steer to lift my hottub and failed. In the process they scuffed it pretty bad. Of course when the "A Team" came I they could lift it by themselves but the project was already completed so it was too late. We are now 6 months post project, Nicole the owner has gotten a new contact number, does not respond to emails, and their main line does not answer my call. It is an amateur company at best hidden behind false promises of customer satisfaction. A large waste of money and investment and a waste of time trying to get their response.
