Mr Lawns is a fairly young company in terms of how long they've been registered with the GA SOS. My personal experience with them on November 23, 2022 far exceeded my expectations and I'm very particular.
First, Jay came to quote the work I described and pointed out to him: trim limbs from 2 crepe myrtles whose limbs hung over the grassy area of my front lawn and driveway, drastically trim all the holly bushes and the azaleas which had overgrown to a height that blocked my view out my windows and trim the camelia between my front windows. I explained why I wanted the trimmings and Jay understood. Jay was absolutely polite and confirmed his understanding of my project's scope. His communication made the project progress smoothly and with higher quality than you would expect.
The team of 3 men arrived at 8:30 a.m. and we went over the project. I explained that I understood that the amount of trimming the hollies needed might kill them, but I didn't care if they died. The men did a great job trimming them back so that I could see underneath, behind and between the limbs. They shaped the camelia bush beautifully and my crepe myrtles now don't hang close the the roof and limbs are way above the grass, which should allow sunlight to the grass.
Cleanup was impeccable! They blew and dragged off the cuttings so well that you can't tell any trimming was done, except to look at the manicured bushes and crepe myrtle limbs.
I'm so pleased with the work that I told Jay I wanted them to do my annual/semi-annual trimming maintenance. He will return in late-spring or summer to determine how much annual or semi-annual maintenance of the crepe myrtles and bushes will be needed (my ultimate goal for at least annual maintenance).
