On 5/5 they mowed. 5/6, I questioned the cc fee again when paying directly via bank via ACH bank account. Previous month fee credit was never applied as well. This time I didn't pay the added fee. Received 3 PAST DUE invoices the next 3 days... for the $2.50 fee. Then they stopped communicating and stopped servicing my yard. Bad business.

Sometimes the right grade is not available to all the yards out there. The proper drainage plan is the way to go from adding a catch basin to getting your down spouts piped away from your house.
