The shell we have isn't even built to code, when we find a new contractor they will have to take steps to get shell up to code prior to completing to pool, decking, electrical, plumbing and landscaping. Richard Tracey/Better Pools and Spas of Atlanta/Southern Pool Crafters have a history of taking property owner's money but never fulfilling his end of the contract. We've paid for equipment that was never delivered. If you have any thoughts of going with Mr. Tracey or any company he is associated with, check out the BBB because he has great reviews on the sites he advertises (pays) on. I have made a promise to Richard A. Tracey, and intend on following through with my promise. I will do everything in my power (and I have powers) to make sure he never does this to anyone else, I will make it impossible for Mr. Tracey to get a building permit in the state of Georgia.

I called the following day and again nobody answered so I left a message for them to call back and guess what. No return call. I called again and finally spoke with someone that informed me it would be $199.00 to come out to my home. Once they got here they would give me a quote. The $199 doesn't get deducted it's what they charge just to come to your home.I purchased my Hot Springs hot tub 20+ years ago and have never been charged for them to come out to my house. Something has changed at this place. They use to be a Hot Springs dealer only but appears no longer. If you purchase anything from them beware of these fees they started charging.
