Once we officially made the decision to build a pool in our backyard, the real work began! The…read morebiggest and most important question was "Who could we trust to take on such a large and expensive project?" We had never had a pool installed, and we had heard horror stories from neighbors and friends of their personal pool installation experiences, some of which were still partially completed after 3 years. After interviewing a couple of companies, narrowing down the selection, and then speaking with their past clients, we decided to move forward with Creative PoolScape. From the day that we signed the contract to just under two months later, our dream of a tropical oasis in our backyard was complete. You read that correctly - it took seven weeks for them to complete our pool!! Talk about record time. We even encountered a week or two of endless rain and they still were able to move quickly and meet their estimated timeline. The communication and support we received from each person on the team was EXCELLENT! Chris Horton, the owner, was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He took our vision and created 3D renderings, bringing the project to life. The Project Manager, Steven Ginn, was our daily go-to contact. He answered our endless list of questions with thorough explanations and created clear timelines regarding next steps. His communication was top notch - days, evenings, and even weekends. He was ALWAYS available to assist. When the project was nearly completed, we had the unfortunate luck of a monsoon- type storm that resulted in a muddy, cloudy pool. Steven and team raced to action as soon as we notified them, as they didn't want the new pool to suffer any damage. They resolved the issue very quickly and took measures to ensure that it wouldn't happen again. They reacted as if it was their pool being muddied, not just "some customer." The rush to action racing across town to help, standing in the pouring rain to resolve the issue, and following up daily demonstrated their professionalism, commitment to our well being, and true ownership of the entire project. 10 out of 10 services, definitely recommend! No need to look any further.

Chris Horton and the Creative PoolScape team took on the job of completing my project. They haven't completed my job yet, but they are doing an amazing job so far. So far I'm very happy.

I took a chance based on their recommendation and gave him a referral several years ago to a client. WOW! He is awesome! I have received very positive/rave feedback from my clients. He is extremely knowledgeable and detailed. An added bonus is he offers a free explanation of how to maintain the pool (or other related things, hot tubs, jacuzzies etc.) which is invaluable to not only my clients but anyone, especially if you have never owned one of these. I take to heart of anyone of any contractor I refer to my clients and I have total confidence referring Jonathan Goe. I just referred him again to a client a few minutes ago!

I was the Buyer (his client) AND the Real Estate Agent on this transaction. I had told the office…read moreI would try to meet him there, so they gave me a text saying his ETA was 11:00 - I arrived at 11:10 and he was already gone. When I called the office to ask about it, Jonathan, the owner, called me back. When I asked if the inspection truly was only 10 minutes, (Ring camera confirmed it was) he immediately went into attack mode that it was my fault because I said I would "try" to meet him there - that wasn't the point of my call - I was more concerned about a 10 minute inspection on a pool than I was about missing him. He wouldn't let down about that it was my fault......he finally said, "I am a busy man, do you have any others questions for me?" and I said "Yes, is the pool good?" And he hung up on me! Less than two weeks later the pool pump went out and had to be replaced! I will not be recommending Jonathan or his company.

Highly Recommend S&K Pool Service…read more I've been using S&K for about six months and couldn't be happier. Erikala and Noe are reliable, honest, and truly a pleasure to work with. I used to handle my own pool maintenance, which was time-consuming and exhausting. I was hesitant to hire a service after some bad home-repair experiences, but S&K completely changed that for me. Now my pool is always sparkling clean, beautifully maintained, and I actually get to enjoy it instead of spending hours working on it. Their pricing is very affordable, service is top-notch, and there's zero pressure or upselling -- just honest, quality work. One of the best home decisions I've made. Highly recommend!

Michael from Pool Tech arrived @630PM, after calling just one day earlier, eager to fix the problem. By 8PM, the pool was up and running. Although we were an add-on job and the last job of the day, Michael took the time to explain the problem after making the diagnosis in just minutes. What would seem like a 1/2 day job given the extensive repair, it only took him 90 minutes to complete. He treated us like family! With service like this don't trust your pool to anyone else!

PARENTS & ANYONE WITH CHILDREN IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD - DO NOT HIRE POOL TECH GA…read more(https://pooltechgeorgia.com)! THEY LEFT OUR CHILD SAFETY GATE WIDE OPEN AFTER THEY LEFT! The technician left a large section of our chid safety gate at the far end of our pool wide open- not the gate door, but an entire back section was left open. Because this section of the gate was not easily seen from the house, it was left open for hours! My 6yo son & 3yo daughter were playing with chalk by the open pool while I was inside making dinner & wearing my 9-month-old baby!!!!There is NO way I could have helped fast enough if one of my children fell in! I didn't even know it was open!!!!! I cannot fully think about how different my life could be right now. I could be at the hospital with a child (or children) in a coma with brain damage or facing a funeral for one or both of my babies. Not to mention if one of our neighbors children came over! If you need any further convincing that this company is the pits - * The day that the pool gate was left wide open the same technician was hiding at the entrance of our driveway (a location where he could not be seen from the house) logging time 'working' at our location. I know this because I was sitting on top of our gate (right above him) putting up Halloween decor. He sat in his car doing nothing (not eating, not on phone, nothing) & the only reason he finally drove forward was because I startled him when I came down. He sat there for 15 min but who knows how long he would have sat there if I had not come down. Pool Tech has been billing us for these hours they have 'worked' on our pool. * They send their best sales people in the beginning & then everything changes. Our pool has been green the majority of September & they have only been serving our pool for about 2 months. They told us to drain 6 inches & refill it because of a chlorine issue I still don't understand (& don't want to); we have been pool owners less than a year & hired a pool company to manage our pool - not turn it green & tell us how to fix it. If you would like to discuss my experience further I am happy to. My hope is that my reviews might prevent future tragedies that WILL be caused by this negligent company.
