If you are starting the process, I can give you one piece of advice. Enjoy the process of designing your perfect pool, but don't stress over who should do it. That part is easy - Atlantis is the best in Atlanta. Atlantis was one of 5 service companies we met with during a rigorous review process. We knew early on that our instinct was right - Atlantis was going to be the best for quality, execution, and partnership on the project. During the design stage, they listened to our vision and offered their own experience to come with the ideal design. We never felt pressured or "sold to" and were completely at ease in discussing our decision process. The quote provided was detailed and realistic. Atlantis was flexible through the design but were set in regard to quality construction standards. Once we committed, Kelly was an invaluable resource in coordinating details and timing of events. She was knowledgeable and organized in sharing information about both the process, permits and each of the products that we needed to choose. She was patient and generous with her time. The day of the dig was an exciting kickoff! Bruce not only manned the first scoop (and many after), but outlined the pool a day or two before so we could get a sense of size and placement before work began. From that day on, Brian and Bruce continued to orchestrate the introduction of additional crews as concrete was poured, stonescape was applied, extensive stonework walls were built, decking, landscaping, etc. Bernie was frequently onsite during critical points in the project as well as general check-ins to keep everything on point. All of the employees and affiliate partners of Atlantis through this process were top notch. Everyone worked hard, was pleasant to be around, and clearly enjoyed the work they were doing. There were no surprises, and any extra money we eventually spent was due to our own addition of "perks" as we got more excited about the perfect backyard. We are not easy customers. We wanted perfection and we changed our minds on certain aspects throughout the process. We received nothing but professional, responsive, friendly, cooperative and knowledgeable service from the Atlantis crew. We had the most enjoyable, fun, and non stressful experience with Atlantis Pools installing our pool! In the past our family has completed many construction projects, we even installed a plunge pool 3 years previously. Our experience with other pool companies and even some other home projects has been negative and stressful. Atlantis Pools built our new pool this year (2022), and we couldn't be more pleased with every aspect of the project! The owner of Atlantis Pools personally did the grading work to prepare our backyard for the pool. He is a perfectionist who accepts nothing less than the best, and his demand for quality work was evident throughout the project. The service experience throughout the entire project was excellent! Anytime we had questions or concerns, Atlantis answered our inquiries immediately and always resolved them to our satisfaction. The timeline for the pool build was also excellent! We thought it would take longer than it did to complete, but the pool was finished several weeks before we expected it to be done. Atlantis Pools was an excellent choice for these first time pool owners. We could tell that they knew their stuff from the first phone call. Between Bruce, Brian & Kelly, there was nothing they hadn't seen before or handled. We had to deal with county variance issues, and they walked us through it step by step, which would've been very intimidating. They put the most beautiful pool in the smallest yard you've ever seen...and it's fantastic! Outdoor kitchen, too! They have a great crew with a strong background in pool design and construction. Brian is the site foreman. He is a fantastic site manager and service provider. We love our pool! The team at Atlantis won our business because they had vision and obvious expertise. They were the only company out of 4 interviewed that brought back a 3d design of the proposed project which allowed us to see what our backyard could be. We wanted an 18 x 36 linear pool with a raised beam that featured a 6x9 centered spa and they absolutely hit a home run!
