Jonathan and his team brought our dreams to life! We've been dreaming about a pool for years and when it came time to start the process, I had 4 pool companies come out and give a quote. Not only was Jonathan's quote one of the best, but he actually listened to the details we wanted and was very accommodating to the several design tweaks I wanted to make (and l can be indecisive ). In addition, his renderings were the most life like and beautiful, unlike the others we received, which looked more basic, similar to images from an outdated video game... Once we committed to Crystal Water Pools and received the required permits, Jonathan's team worked 6 days a week and finished our entire yard, (pool, spa, waterfall and sod) in 6 weeks! The other companies estimated a time frame of 4 - 6 months, which would have meant swimming out of season, no fun! My husband oversees large scale commercial construction and he was VERY impressed by the schedule and flow of each team that came to install the next phase of the project. Once excavating was finished, the rebar team was there the next day, followed by plumbing, etc. Since I work from home, I was able to oversee the process and any time I had a question, there was always someone there that could answer it. Each team had a project manager. Although I didn't know who exactly it was each time they showed up, if I had a question, I was always pointed to the person that could assist. Had set up an appointment 4 weeks in advance (really that busy in Feb) and never did they call to confirm apt. I call 4 times before I got someone to let me know they made a mistake and had the appointment for a different date. Really sounded like they did not have it at all. I used a vacation day for the scheduled meeting. No one ever called back to reschedule. If their work is as good as their customer service it is probably good they never showed up to supply an estimate for our pool restoration ad upgrade project. read more

I contacted 6 pool companies before choosing Crystal Water Pools. I was that customer who wasn't sure what they wanted and the company did several design changes for me until I finally decided what I wanted. They were so quick to respond to every phone call, email or text message I sent. It was the best experience in dealing with a contractor I have ever had. And talk about doing the job right and getting it done quickly. This company was over the top amazing!!! It rained forever during the construction but that didn't hinder progress. I made some additions that required another permit and they were on it with a quickness. I cannot say enough good things about my experience dealing with Crystal Water Pools. Jonathan and his crew did a phenomenal job on our new pool/spa and retaining wall! From the initial rendering to the final startup day, he has impressed us every step of the way, and he totally transformed our backyard! His crew were true craftsman and very professional/friendly. He delivered our pool within the timeframe we spoke out initially (under 2 months despite all the rain). He did over 900 sf of stamped and stained concrete, a 40' retaining wall to match the pool/spa, an 8' diameter spa and a 36'x18' pool with midnight blue pebble finish. I interviewed 12 pool Companies before I found Jonathan Gonzales, owner of Crystal Water Pools and All Service Masonry. Two of the 12 Companies I interviewed are within walking distance of my house. For me, Jonathan is/was my lucky number 13... Growing up in South Florida I lived in 3 homes where my parents built a pool or bought a home that had a pool. When it came to building a pool I knew what I didn't want. Every pool company I interviewed told me why I couldn't build out what I had wanted. When it came to Jonathon his answer to me was, "I can do that, lets build it". Even when it came to 2 systems I wanted that he had never installed, his answer to me is, "I have never installed what your asking me to do, but I would love the opportunity. I'll bring in the manufactures of those systems to oversee my work to ensure it is done correctly." I had an extremely difficult and logistical landscape to over come in the build. The City I live in makes the pool permit process very difficult. We had challenges with the cold weather this past winter, installing a very lengthy natural gas line to the pool heater and dealing with an electrical system originating from a 70 year old home. Despite those challenges the pool was built on time and within my budget. When there as unknown cost Jonathon was upfront and gave options before construction. In our case, our unknown was the amount of dirt needed. We ended up bringing in 78 tandem dump-truck loads of fill to level the landscape. Because I had a connection on the dirt and truck Jonathon was bothered at all by me going with my people. Jonathon matched the price of the grading of the fill. Months ago we had Johnathon come out to do Masonry work at my house unrelated to the pool.Two weeks ago we had Jonathon come out and pour additional concrete to extend the pavilion patio at the end of the pool. Had I listen to the suggestions of Jonathon before the build, I wouldn't of had to have him come back... It is a small family owned business. He uses very few outside contractors. The few contractors he does use love doing business with him. Interview other companies and talk to Jonathon last. He will take you to current construction and he will take you to finished construction. Ask to speak with one of his Clients like I did. read more
