This review is to save YOU, possible customers, from shoddy work and unfulfilled promises. They replaced the vinyl liner of our 20,000-gallon pool. While replacing, I noticed wrinkles and spots of vinyl gathering in ripples. When I remarked, I was assured these would flatten out when water-filled. NOPE!!! The wrinkles and rippled areas became worse and divot-feeling places on the bottom of pool were very noticeable. The entire bottom surface feels rippled and rough. When we tried to remove the return fixture to attach our Polaris, the wall mount for the return twisted instead of the fixture, causing the vinyl around it to twist also. Thus, it was not secured to the pool wall. There are sections of vinyl and lining pulling away from the coping, causing concern that the sides will pull away completely, or cause more puddling of liner behind the vinyl. I was promised repair more than once. Never happened. During the final conversation with the owner, he began kind, making promises as before. The conversation regressed into his bringing in lawyers. I countered with lawyer talk, then apologized because that is not my way. Could I win in court? Absolutely! I am too old and too ill to fight. Plus, I am not a "run to court" person. I believe in people keeping their word. Unfortunately, this was not the case with Atlanta Pool Masters. read more

They did a fantastic job renovating our in ground pool, securing and rebuilding a slanting side, re plumbing and rewriting everything, converting it to a salt system, installing a very expense Hayward Omni Logic system, and putting in a "paver" system around it for a deck. It went a little longer than I would have liked, but it was a busy year and it all looked great when it was finished. Where they really fall down is after they finish. Getting them back out to help with cracking and pitting pavers, with help with our Hayward system that has seen a failed mother board and failed Color Logic light system that they installed, has been nearly impossible. On occasion, when I press hard enough, they will come out and see what's at issue, and then disappear again without any follow up again. I have had to hire other contractors to do what I would have expected Pool Masters to do. So, while they do great initial work, after they ar finished and paid, it's a struggle and there's no after service support. read more
