My experience over the past year since purchasing my spa has been excellent. The staff is like family, any and all issues I had while getting use to caring for the spa was handled so professional that I felt like a part of their family. I sent in reviews before but this timeI wanted to mention Joe, who saw offsite and mentioned a problem I was having. He did not mind me approaching and asking my question. He casually gave me an advice for my problem and wow. that took away the problem immediately. Thank you very much Joe!!! Also, Everardo. I was stressing about keeping my water balanced and started to have it serviced by Ga Spa's Maintenance plan. They sent Everardo. This man always arrives with a smile, always listen to my concerns and my excitement, always discuss what he is doing, noticed some other minor issues with the tub that Ga Spa immediately took care of or he did himself. I am very happy with my spa and so glad I got it from Ga Spa. They don't sell to you and forget you, they are there to help with whatever you need, well after your purchase. We purchased our Vanguard hot tub from GA SPA (Mark Baker) in August 2018 while our new home was under construction. The hot tub was delivered to my 40x60 workshop until our home site (wraparound) porch was constructed and ready to accommodate the hot tub. We scheduled the installation with GA SPA (Kristi Phillips) for May 21, 2019. Reid from GA SPA called at 8am on 5/21 to say they would arrive at my site between 10:30 and 11am to transfer our tub from my shop to our home (really nice since most contractors seem to show-up unannounced or when they want to). Reid and his team arrived at 10:50am and completed the installation and setup briefing around 12:30pm. Reid and his crew were very professional and took great care not to scar or damage the new composite decking on our porch and hot tub area. They also did a great job of resealing the tub after prepping it account construction is still ongoing, in order to prevent dust and debris from collecting on or in our new hot tub. We are very pleased with entire transaction and highly recommend the entire GA SPA team to anyone considering the purchase and installation of a hot tub. Many hot tubs and cheaper, but they are delivered curbside and the installation is DIY (Good luck with that!). None of that happens with GA SPA company!! Great team!! read more

We purchased our Finnelo Sauna from Georgia Spa at the Kenasaw store. The sales staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly and were able to answer all of our questions. Georgia Spa Staff kept us informed on our estimated delivery date along with electrical requirements to hookup our Sauna. Georgia Spa Staff called and emailed us about our location and location of our Sauna. On the day of delivery and installation, Georgia Spa Staff kept us informed about the delivery time and estimated installation time. The installers were very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to answer our questions. Installation of our 5 by 7 Sauna took about 1 hour and 45 minutes. The installers cleaned up all boxes and packing material and left our Sauna in perfect order. We have used our Sauna daily since having it installed about 2 weeks ago. I would highly recommended The Kenasaw Georgia Spa Staff and their installers for your Sauna. read more

The search for my first hot tub started three days ago. It was frustrating initially because I had a lot of questions and getting answers online was not as simple as it should've been; I rarely found prices listed and when I requested prices I ended up receiving a lot of unsolicited phone calls. Overall, here is the advice I would give a first time hot tub shopper - do your online searches to find the perfect hot tub and when you're exhausted from wasting your time, contact Georgia Spa and ask to speak to Mark Baker. Mark was respectful of my time and clearly willing to answer all the questions I had about finding the perfect hot tub. He answered my questions about maintenance, electrical, and set up - even when the answer didn't necessarily promote his own product. I haven't received my hot tub from Georgia Spa yet, however, if the service continues to be as excellent as it's been so far with Mark, I will be one happy customer. read more

We love our hot tub! Wish we could have gotten the saline chemical orientation day of delivery, but it really is just like soaking in a bathtub. With fun jets and temperature that can easily be turned up & down and water that doesn't get cold (!) We're in it every night, and it greatly helps reduce our aches & pains. We got the envoy, it is a great hot tub. Sales very knowledgeable. Delivery people real helpful. Only thing I would have liked to see is a set up person when your tub is delivered. It is a lot of information to digest if you have never dealt with water and chemicals. Other than that, I would highly recommend Ga Spa. read more
