Their service costs are reasonable, and I am very appreciative that Samhain just came out to do leak detection. For $59.50 he located some skimmer leaks and sealed them. A shout out to Larry the Pool Guy in Fayetteville Ga…read more Trey, with Larry the Pool Guy maintenance & repair service, performed an excellent job changing the sand and replacing a damaged lateral in my pool sand filter. Larry and Trey made sure the job was complete and addressed all additional issues (minor leaks at the top of sand filter collar and bottom drain cap). They both were friendly, polite, professional and informative. Larry (the owner) answered all my questions and concerns pertaining to current and future pool care. Their pool store is awesome too! After 4 weeks the pool was still green and the neighbors were complaining. Week 5 he came out and got the pool clear again. A week later the pool was green. I was told we should have been doing service twice a week. then i was told there is probably something wrong with the pump. It should not take 5 weeks to figure out what is wrong with the pool. That is when I told him we would find someone else to fix the situation. So they immediately invoiced me for 5 service calls and a chemical clean. I was asked if I was going to pay and I said I would have to run it by the board at our next meeting. At which point everything went south when some lady calls me yelling at me and telling me how horrible I am and how she hates HOAs and would not even let me speak. I never said I would not pay the bill. what I expected was a small business to try to make thing right and at least listen to their customers. I finally had to hang up on this person because she was so irrational and demeaning. I highly recommend you stay clear of this business,
