My wife found…read moreMilton Pools thru a Yelp search this morning and had a very positive discussion with John, who indicated he'd be out to our home by the following day. Later this afternoon, he called to ask if he could come by and, within an hour, he'd not only fixed our issue but he explained the mechanics of it and did some very inexpensive pre-emptive work to avoid future issues with a couple small gaskets. Thinking it was past time to change the sand in our filter, my wife had also asked him to come prepared to do that, as well. However, after checking our flow rate he told us he feels good that our sand doesn't yet need to be replaced - saving us $300, likely for another year or two. In short, John was friendly, helpful, prompt, dependable, very reasonably priced and honest. He took a stressful situation for us and turned it into an enjoyable service experience, and we have now found our permanent pool professional.
