But after submitting my request for info, Mike was the "First Response" to my request. He was timely and clear on his services, and even offered things included in his price, that others were charging extra for. Mike was very prompt with communication and made everything clear and easy to understand and broke down my system to me(first time pool owners). You're more than welcome to shop around, but after our first experience, we will certainly be using Mike in the future to open/close our pool! Very prompt, honest, and fair pricing.

The company had him get in touch me with the price which was reasonable, but he quickly added it would be 3 to 5 weeks out. It was April 27th, so no worries. I asked him to put us on the schedule and then for a quote to see if they did stain removal on vinyl liners. Again, no estimate, so I called the company and Kyle emailed back, we don't do that. I asked if we on the still on the schedule and he said yes for Thursday or Friday of the week of May 14th. We haven't heard or seen their people yet. Extremely frustrating company to deal with!

I literally had to call or text them every day for over a month to ask when my repair would be done. They only finally did the repair when a VIP friend called the owner. I stay in my house waiting for these pool people all day until 5pm when they close and no one came. I tried to call multiple times with no answer during the day when they were open. I get up early yet again and call them this morning. Someone didn't answer so I finally get a call back. The guy on the phone apologizes to me and says they were closed yesterday, and HE FORGOT TO CALL ME FRIDAY BECAUSE HE WAS SOO BUSY. So now my pool will not be open for another week. I just find this really disrespectful to your customer. I was not offered a discount or a next day service. Just pay full price and go to the back of the line. I find this lack of respect for the customers time very rude. Call at your own risk cause that guy at the front desk doesn't know what he's doing.

They sent an email saying they would like to install it the next Saturday. We replied with availability and never heard back. We sent another email 3 days later and a call 5 days later to get on the calendar. 11 days later they called us and cancelled the repair stating we were unreachable. of course the initial service fee was paid upfront to diagnose what we already knew... Do. Not. Use.

It's been our experience that it's almost impossible to get somebody in the pool business to come out if you're not willing to sign a contract for cleaning or maintenance. After 4 weeks the pool was still green and the neighbors were complaining. Week 5 he came out and got the pool clear again. A week later the pool was green. I was told we should have been doing service twice a week. then i was told there is probably something wrong with the pump. It should not take 5 weeks to figure out what is wrong with the pool. That is when I told him we would find someone else to fix the situation. So they immediately invoiced me for 5 service calls and a chemical clean. I was asked if I was going to pay and I said I would have to run it by the board at our next meeting. At which point everything went south when some lady calls me yelling at me and telling me how horrible I am and how she hates HOAs and would not even let me speak. I never said I would not pay the bill. what I expected was a small business to try to make thing right and at least listen to their customers. I finally had to hang up on this person because she was so irrational and demeaning. I highly recommend you stay clear of this business,
