I was told workers would be there a specific day and they never showed up. Then when I was told they would be there in three days, they showed up the next morning. Also my garage was blocked for three weeks because material needed was in the way. It took that long because of the poor scheduling. The weather was mostly nice and dry over the four months it took to finish the pool. I had to constantly call or message Brown's to find out what is happening next. In addition a water can, and a gate lock went missing with no apology by Browns. I cannot rate Browns lower because the end product met all expectations. The folks who showed up on site were very nice and knew what they were doing. The pool is beautiful.

After a multitude of excuses, we are now at a month and he called again last night to say they sent him wrong pump again. When we started to ask about our refund and what we are supposed to do with the half done work they left (old pump and parts are now disconnected from tub) , he just hung up and will not respond to our calls or texts.

I think our old liner failed due to ants as our pool is in a heavily wooded area. Nate was able to explain the pros and cons of different solutions to this type of issue and so decided on a barrier pad installed under the liner. Today I called them up to…read moreprice a new motor and Ethan in repairs is the absolute most professional and helpful customer service person I have encountered in a VERY long time! Not only did he explain what I needed, he offered to explain and assist if I needed anything while replacing the new motor. We decided we would just go ahead and pay the fee to have him replace the parts that are a little touchy; however, he was so accommodating and helped me learn the process right away. We also went ahead and purchased a replacement lateral assembly and sand so I could service the filter as well. I will never use another pool company solely based on the above and beyond attitude of Ethan today. We are so appreciative as we get to spend our last few weeks with our grandson swimming in the pool before he moves to Hawaii with his service parents.

Im amazed at how poor the customer service is. Very nice people when they do answer but the communication is horrific. This is the reason i switched to other companies for repairs/renovations and services. Missing out on a lot of money becuase ive talked to a lot of other people who have experienced the same issues with the same company. Its a simple fix that the owner continuously ignores.
