My colleague and stood about 10-12 feet away chatting (in a normal tone) about some work I needed done to my pool and my interest in speaking with Whiten Pools to help. Once the lady was done yelling at the customer, we approached and were immediately told that we were talking too loud and "Goodbye." She was yelling at that lady when we entered the store. Well, I was interested in possibly getting a new liner for our pool and also seeing about converting to Salt. Unfortunately, we are not going to give our business to Whiten Pools because of the absolute disrespect the "older lady" showed. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Elite Pools and work with "good, nice" people..
