Ultimately, I ended up purchasing a Peyton 680 Series from Atlanta Hot Tub Center. It was installed a few weeks ago and I have to say that this investment was well worth every penny. Even my penny pinching husband agrees with me on this one, which is saying a lot! The delivery and installation was fantastic and exceeded expectations. Jerry Roberts and his team were true professionals. They navigated the obstacles of our terrain flawlessly and set up our new tub in its designated spot without incident. They cleaned up after themselves and got our new tub up and running in no time. Jerry was great! He set everything up properly and made sure we knew exactly how to work and maintain the spa for optimal performance. My only complaint throughout this whole experience is that I would have preferred a bit more proactive communication prior to delivery and installation. Dusty did tell me it would be several weeks before delivery but as we neared the end of the estimated window he gave me, I found that I had to keep calling to get a status update on when to expect delivery. It would have been nice if they had reached out to me to ensure I had taken care of the electricity or to give an updated estimate on when to expect delivery since there were some things we needed to take care of on our end before taking delivery and it would have helped us plan those things better if we had heard from them without me having to call the office multiple times. It was mildly annoying but at the end of the day, I decided not to knock a star off for it because they made up for it with a great delivery and overall experience. I am happy that we went with Atlanta Hot Tub Center and if I had to do it all again, I would choose them over the competition any day.

They explained everything's I wrongly decided to get electrical done elsewhere, nothing would heat up. Josh (the owner) drove up personally and within ten minutes diagnosed that the breaker was blown. He then took his time to drive out and buy me a new breaker, install everything and test all the systems He walked me thru it all and checked for leaks and ensured all the settings were good. The delivery team damaged a couple boards, I called and they immediately responded and went out of their way to help replace the damaged parts. Once I filled up the tub I realized during the manufacturing an air line was damaged and was causing the tub to leak. I called them again and they got someone out as quickly as possible to fix the issue. They are very customer oriented and helpful. I don't think I would have gotten the response or care with another company. Definitely would recommend them!

I am highly disappointed in the service I received here. I purchased a hot tub with a warranty and…read moreneeded a replacement part. A technician came to my house and I was told that the part was ordered. Six months later, I still didn't have the part. Eventually I had to get my attorney involved because I was completely left in the dark. Once my attorney got in contact with the store, they finally informed me that they no longer carry the brand of my hot tub. In all that time no one at the store let me know what was going on. Instead of offering any assistance I received a very hostile letter from Pamela Hester the Senior Managing Partner. Considering the issue with the part resulted from a lack of communication from the store, I felt that this was very rude and unnecessary. Do not purchase anything from here. They are unhelpful and make no effort to accommodate their customers.
