They presented a schedule to us with the estimate and met every deadline on it! We never had to wonder who was coming on what day or if anyone was coming on a given day. It could've been a lot better. They were very very slow and expensive. They took over 3 months just to paint kitchen cabinets and install quartz, appliances, and a new light fixture in the kitchen. However the worst part is that they basically subcontract everything out and provide little if any onsite management. You will have to function as your own GM for subcontractors they provide. No one ever came out after subcontractor work or even at the end of the project to see if the job was done right. Quality control is a big problem. read more

After LIMITLESS did a great job remodeling one of our small bathrooms last year, there was no question who we would hire to tackle the much bigger primary bath. We love our new (to us) 30+ year old home, but the bathrooms desperately needed makeovers. Enter creative designer Tonya, she is the BEST. As with our smaller bathroom, Tonya came to our home, listened carefully to what we wanted, and found a way to turn the odd and awkward primary bath layout into something wonderful. Walls came down, new ones went up, a closet became a shower, a shower became sinks & a cabinet, and on and on (see Before & After photos below). The end result is gorgeous thanks to LIMITLESS's first-rate construction team that is second to none. Dedicated and hardworking brothers Armando and Fermin are terrific. They did the lion's share of the re-build to perfection. When needed, they were more than ably supported by their two other talented brothers Frankie and Adrian. What a family! Mudding and paint was then meticulously applied by Manny, another excellent craftsman who takes great pride in his work. All of these gentlemen were very nice and friendly too. The office team also deserves a shout-out. Missy, Kristy, and Carla were great at coordinating the job and making sure we were informed every step of the way. Limitless Renovations was very easy to work with and gave us a very good price. They were an all-in-one shop for us. They knocked out an unnecessary wall/doorway between the Dining Room and Front room, replaced wood paneled walls with sheetrock, installed new crown molding, replaced old nasty carpet with beautiful hardwood floors that matched up perfectly with our existing hardwoods, and installed an outdoor GFCI outlet upon request mid-project. Very easy to work with the project managers and the installers. I would recommend them to people looking to make updates to their older homes. read more

Very unprofessional. Stay away. So I was contacted by this company after I submitted an intake on Angi's List for a Bathroom Remodel. The call started off fine, the female on the phone asked me for more details. I provided them. Then she said can we come out? I said of course. She said the person who comes would need a FEW HOURS to give a quote. I said, "wait what? Why hours? Why not 15-30 minutes?" She said, "Sorry, don't think we're a fit and hung up." First time in my life I've ever been rejected to receive a quote. SO WEIRD. I've had a bad experience with Bath Fitter and this sounds like that. Scam. Stay away. Any company not willing to come out and give a quick quote is a SCAM!! read more

I have use limitless twice now; once for a kitchen renovation and most recently to add in some more cabinets to the kitchen. The renovation business is a hard one to be in as a customer and a business but I do believe limitless makes the best of it. Communication above all else has been great. 4 minutes ago Our grandkids love our master bath so much since it's been renovated by Limitless that they always ask to use it instead of the guest bath, so....we decided to go ahead and have the guest bath done. We had Limitless come back in and we agreed upon a similar stone pattern but in grays. Our biggest concern was having the shower head high enough so our giant boys of 6'3" could enjoy a shower without having to bend over or knock their heads on the shower head. I can't say enough about the workmanship of Limitless Renovations from Chuck, our initial contact for selecting the tile, Christie, the project manager, and the actual installers, Eddie and Byron. Always so friendly and willing to work with us on any concessions we had. If you're going to have workers in your house, you want to know they will be respectful and appreciative of your privacy and comfort as they work diligently to finish the job efficiently and with the professional results you hope for. The final product was good, but the process was difficult. They will try to get you to pick all your options looking at a laptop - but we learned when our selection wasn't available we could go to a gallery and selected a countertop we liked more. Be prepared to be your own general contractor to keep things moving. Our project was suppose to take 6-8 weeks - it took nearly 3 months - with us pushing to have it done. It was a little disappointing that we spent so much money (could have bought a new car) and at the end never was asked how we liked the final product or even received a thank you for our business - to top it off, we were a repeat customer - never again. read more

OMG Kevin Nolan was horrible came for 40 mins or less took less time to talk. But I will say my lawn guy did stop to assist me with a issue 15 mins away as I was walking back in the house giving Kevin time to set up he is walking out telling me he will call with a estimate. We didn't pick out anything for my project. I called the next day he said he would send by the next day and guess another GHOST. The company will hire human ghosts. Limitless Renovations great at ghosting. We had Jeremiah come to our house to give us an estimate for a bathroom remodel. My first clue should have been that the visit didn't go anything like their website or initial call said it would go - should have taken at least 2 hours and we would be selecting materials. Visit only lasted 45 minutes and he didn't bring any material samples. As Jeremiah left he said he would get us an estimate by middle of the next week, I waited until the end of the week before contacting the company and was told "he will contact you" so I waited another whole week before I sent him an email requesting an estimate, 10 days after that I contacted the company AGAIN and was told either "Jeremiah or management would contact me today"...it's been a week and still no one has bothered to contact me. I don't know how they are at renovations but they are great at ghosting! read more

We are working with Limitless Renovations to renovation our master shower as well as our entire kitchen and tear down a load-bearing wall. We are only partway through the project, but are extremely impressed so far. tl;dr - Top notch quality, lots of friendly contact points, their team accommodates those of us who work regular-hour jobs. Our initial contact was with Aimee, who helped guide us through the initial process. She came to our home (in the evening after regular work hours!!! WONDERFUL!) and showed us a bunch of samples of material. We worked with her through the quoting process, making choices about materials, discussing prices/options/pros/cons. She was knowledgeable, upfront, and friendly. It was a good start! After we finalized the scope with Aimee, the VP of production Jeremiah the VP of production came by (over a weekend! These folks are really good about catering to people who work regular hours!) to discuss a few technical options, do additional detailed measurements, and make sure we are comfortable with the agreed upon scope. All good so far! Our renovations were broken up into two discrete projects: shower and kitchen. The lead for our shower was Valeriy, and he is simply amazing. Our shower was a beast of a project, butting up against our sloped roof and some funny-angled walls. Plus we have a bench. This was way more complex than a simple three-wall shower stall. Valeriy (and occasionally his son) are true artisans. Their workmanship and dedication to detail really shine. They went so far above-and-beyond our expectations with everything, and our shower is absolutely gorgeous. They did a great job cleaning up, too. We figured we'd be left with a ton of dust everywhere, but they got it. We are waiting for the frameless glass door to be installed, but wanted to make sure we acknowledge how good of a job Valeriy did. For the kitchen, we are in the process of working with the designer Lisa. She came by on a Sunday to meet with us (seriously, these folks make it easy to work around a regular person's work schedule). We discussed our goals for the layout, and she took her measurements. Later, she was able to email us some CAD drawings that did a really wonderful job capturing our goals. We are in the midst of a few minor revisions, but she's been very patient with us. And she's also been so thorough, catching a few potential pitfalls along the way. We haven't started the actual kitchen construction yet, but if the team is anywhere near as good as our experience with Valeriy, we'll be very happy customers. read more

Called based on reviews I found online. Made an appointment for August 1st and was told I needed to schedule three hours for the meeting so I cleared my calendar. Got a call a few days later asking if the meeting could be moved to the 8th, I said fine and adjusted my schedule, shortly (same day as I recall) got another call asking if I could do the 9th, I said OK and adjusted my calendar again. Three days later, they contact me asking to move the appointment to the 16th. I say no, but I'm still willing to meet on the 9th. They canceled the appointment. Can't speak for the work they do, but in terms of following through on their commitments or respecting their customer's time, I would not recommend them. read more

We used Limitless to completely re-do out master bath. We shopped of course. They weren't the highest or the lowest, but they were the company that we felt most comfortable with given that they would be left unsupervised while we were at work. We really liked the fact that there weren't a parade of contractors coming through our house and that they would work with us so that we could do some of the work ourselves to cut down cost. The office and the installer were very communicative and pretty quick to respond. The downside was that I had expected more attention to the dust. It gets everywhere even though we moved most of our things out of the bedroom and emptied the closet. However, we had to make a quick run to Lowe's to get more plastic to encase our mattress as that and our other furniture was left uncovered. We tried to contain it to the bedroom/bath by keeping the doors closed and hanging a plastic curtain, but it was removed. Also, it's important to get every little detail into the contract no matter how small. Whether it's trim paint or a fixture to be saved, it must be in the contract to get it done. There main crew were great. There was a punch list of a few items, but they returned and took care of them. Very nice people all in all.

Gary was just bad in every possible way, admitting that limitless specializes in kitchens and bathrooms, and that their cost was high for hardwood flooring or anything not related to kitchens and bathrooms, and also that they did not install carpet. He used profanity, bragged about his company being the "big dogs" among local home renovators, and now two weeks later he never even emailed or called with the estimate. It sounds like we would have been better off with Tony as other reviewers have had positive experiences with him. This company will go broke with guys like Gary working for them. read more

We have had two bathrooms renovated by Limitless Renovations primarily completed by Doug Puentes. On the first day, he arrived at exactly the time promised and he quickly made friends with our dog Daisy and chatted with us like we were old friends. When he put down heavy paper and tape to protect our floors, we had confidence that he was going to be thorough and careful with his work. We have not been disappointed with the finished renovations. At the end of each work day Doug carefully removed any rubbish from the house and swept up any dust and debris from the floors. Every installation from the shower tile to the new flooring was precise and met our expectations. We were pleased that he occasionally made recommendations for an improvement he thought might enhance our renovations. From the grout in the tile to the seams in the flooring, everything was completed with perfection. I had a complete bathroom renovation done and the entire job was completely stress free for me from start to finish. Everything was done timely and right on schedule;starting with Tonya who was my initial contact. She contacted me within a short time period after submitting request for a quote the same day. She was a great help in picking colors and tile design. Ryan and Jason did the tear down and built the new shower, all the tile work and other miscellaneous things. Their work was beautiful. They kept everything neat and clean. They were on time everyday. The painter did a beautiful job on the painting. Lance is wonderful at his job in managing the project.
