This is a general construction/contractor company run by 2 brothers, Nick and Noe Sanchez. My…read moreboyfriend and I found them in 2006 through a friend and they ended up helping us with some major projects in flipping a house (near Turner Field). They did such a good job that another friend of ours hired them to help with his house flip (in Brookhaven) as well and they always completed their jobs on time and on budget. Recently, I found an old leak behind a wall in the laundry and they were able to come out in a timely manner, give me a reasonable quote, and schedule for the fix within 2 days. If you have any construction or repairs around the house, I would highly recommend calling these guys for a free quote. There's really no job too big or too small. Whether you need your roof completely replaced, want to redo your kitchen cabinets/counter, build a new deck, or you just need help replacing your kitchen disposal, they'll be able to help you out. And because they can do practically everything (or they have other people who they can call for things out of their specialty), it'll most likely be friendlier on your wallet as well compared to hiring various specialists. In my case, I would have had to hire a plumber to fix the leak, a sheetrock person to replace the moldy section of my wall, and a painter to repaint the new patch in the wall. NOTE: They are literally a 2-person company so don't expect to call and get a secretary (the number listed is their personal cell phone) or schedule way in advance (I don't think they own an appointment book). Jobs are really first come first serve and dependent on the size. If you call, expect for them to schedule a meeting within 2 days and start the job within a week.

They came to do work for my neighbor, and accidentally cut my water line. Instead of owning up to…read moreit and just fixing it, they charged me $250 for fixing their own mistake. This is clearly unethical. We called their office multiple times to explain, they refused to make things right. Even though we told them that we had received two water bills that shown our line has no leak issues, they tried to convince us otherwise. All we are asking for is a refund. I imagine the owner is not aware of the issue, and I hope he will do the right thing.

There are not alot of masonary workers in Atlanta, even less who call you back after leaving a message. Not the case with BOSS Construction. I was called back in 2 hours, with workers on site with in 24 hours. For stone work, I will recommend this company to all of my neighbors, who have stone basements like most of Atlanta.
