I've dealt with a handful of contractors over the years, from big projects like putting in a pool to smaller ones like installing a side gate, and I really appreciated how easy he was to work with. Everything looks great so far! I'll update my review once we get some rain to see how everything holds up.

Chris, from Integrity Construction, came out, inspected my deck and gave me options for what needed to be done. I was impressed with his honesty and the fact that he did not pressure me to replace the deck instead of repairing it. I was also impressed that they used a technique that hid all screws which improved the look of the deck and make it easier to maintain in the future. It is my pleasure to recommend them. Both Brandon and Brad of Falcon Exteriors were terrific, and we got a new roof, gutters, drip edge and vents put on our 100-year old house in record time! They recommended an energy efficient product, managed to get us a free upgrade to superior quality, and we could tell the difference in the temperature upstairs TODAY, the same day they finished the roof! The whole crew was orderly, professional, courteous, and FAST. They were able to tailor the cost of the roof replacement, including extensive necessary repairs for critter infestation, to the price our insurance company was willing to cover, and so we were able to get gutters and LeafGuards installed as well. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS. If you meet Brandon, ask him about our initial, HILARIOUS text exchange!

My daughter and I hired them to remove popcorn ceiling, reroof the house, put up crown molding,…read moreinstall a back door and install some trim. The whole job was a fiasco (except the roof). I never knew when the crew was coming. They were very sloppy. They used some of the trim I bought to construct a base for their saw. They replaced it but, seriously. They had to paint after removing the popcorn and installing the crown. I explained I had special paint for the walls. They used the wrong paint for touchup which meant the entire walls had to be repainted? I think a big piece of the problem was that they didn't speak English. I asked them to replace the crew even if I had to wait a while. They agreed then sent them back. They broke stuff in the house. They scratched my cabinets with ladders and tried to put touch up paint on the scratches that looked terrible. They caulked the molding and it all cracked. I called many times to address the issues and it took days to get anyone. And then I got promises but no action. Finally I sad just stop and leave. I tried to negotiate the payment to reflect the damage. The owner even came out finally to talk to me and wouldn't agree to an adjustment but wanted to send more out to fix things. I refused. I emailed many times, paid part, and asked for an adjusted final price agreement in writing. They sent a lawyers letter of collections threat. I just paid the balance minus the adjustment and said I'd love to show the judge what you did to me. I never heard back. I see lots of good reviews. You are very lucky. But if they could do this to me a single mom with a handicapped child you are rolling the dice if you use them. They have no honor.

They were on time, honest and got the job done quickly. Then when hail struck our roof months later we immediately called Terry and he immediately came by for an honest estimate. He walked us through exactly what was wrong with our roof and made the time to be present when our insurance adjuster came out to inspect the hail damage. In our experience other roofing companies we received quotes from for both jobs were unreliable, difficult to communicate with and felt like used car salesmen. Not Dedicated! They weren't the cheapest, but definitely reasonable and the definition of "you get what you pay for." We love our roof and the fact that Terry and Kurt are communicative, honest and stand by their work 100%. They own the business so you're not dealing with a middle man or a corporate owned company. You're dealing with experienced contractors who lend their expertise. We HIGHLY recommend this local PTC, family-owned business for any roofing job and will use them again in the future!

When the cabinets arrived, they were great quality, real plywood and he and his crew were able to get installation done in just a few hours.
