Requested a waterproofing job in which Pascual was contacted for a quote. All was well and we…read moreplanned to move forward with the worked that was discussed. The quote came in substantially lower than other quotes given for same work. Pascual reasoning was he didn't use any heavy equipment, yet only manual labor and that would keep over head price lower. A quote sheet was provided and there was a low level of detail provided as to the work to be completed. We made request that the contract needing details including price break down, depth of digging, time frame to compete work, and a basic drawing to highlight the area of the property that was to be completed. Pascual agreed to provide this level of detail in the official contract. Unfortunately, when the contract was received via DocuSign there was even less detail provided than on the original quote sheet. Pascual sent a text message asking us to review the contract and let him know if any changes need be made to notify him as soon as possible. We complied and sent a response within 5 minutes. This is where things got weird. Pascual became obviously frustrated over text with us asking him to invlude previously mentioned required details in contract. These details were imperative for the insurance claim. Pascual response was unprofessional as he stated he was "too busy" to provide the agreed upon details. We responded that we could be patient and await for him to send over the co tract correctly at a later time. Pascual responded by saying "he already know what he needs to do and if we need an accurate contract then we should go to someone else". Then voided the contract he sent. Which wasn't an issue as we were under impression a new contract with details would be sent later. No contract was sent and when we followed up with him he stated he no longer wanted the work. Makes us think that there was going to be poor quality work completed if the details in the contract provided could only be "vague" at best. Nice guy at first. but obviously trying to grab a quick dollar for poor work. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
