The project manager Mike and the decking crew led by Lupe that rebuilt and extended our deck did a great job. They need to improve the communication between the sales side and the project manager. I would suggest a meeting with the construction manager, project manager and the home owner to make sure all are the same page right up front. The project was done in a week, including the Saturday before Memorial Day to make our deck usable. I would recommend them for a new or rebuilt deck.

Communication was sporadic and unprofessional, with repeated promises followed by no actual progress. When confronted, rather than take accountability, he denied responsibility--just as he has done with other documented complaints online. He will take your deposit and extort more funds for the job to be completed. This situation left my property compromised, unsafe, and requiring immediate corrective work.
