Sometimes the door would come off the tracks making it difficult to open and close. So I was in the market for a new patio door. I looked into the major retailers and was not impressed with the products that they had in stock. I began my search for two things 1) a quality patio that would last for the lifetime and 2) a company with a good reputation and stand behind their work. My search led me to Reflections Remodeling of Georgia. Mr. xxxxxx responded to home and showed me a patio door that would not only stand up to the elements, the door was also sturdy and it also looked impressive in the brochure. The door also came with several security features that no other door I researched had. It wasn't a tough sale, because the door had everything I was looking for. The installers did an amazing job with the installation of the door. They took their time to ensure everything was done correctly. I know what you're going to say...they are supposed to do that. The installers went over and beyond by correcting issues with the wall to ensure the door would fit correctly and I would not have any problems in the future. Mr. xxxxxx also stopped by. That says a lot when a contractor drops in on a installation. Mr. xxxxxx also showed me how to operate the door and the security features of the door. I am quite pleased with my purchase and the overall look of the patio door is impressive. I would definitely utilize Reflections Remodeling of Georgia for all my exterior work on my home and recommend the company to all my family and friends.

We asked this company to paint a couple of rooms, tile a bathroom, and fix some water spots. He was able to have his crew come out and start work within a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. The crew used the cheapest possible plastic tarps over our carpet. They didn't stay down, and as a result, there is paint on carpets throughout the room. They didn't put tarps down at all in the other rooms, and left paint on the hardwood floor in our foyer. There are several places (like around electrical sockets) where they completely failed to paint. The crew also tried to simply paint over the water spots rather than actually repair them as had been agreed. I pointed out these issues to Mr Joseph on our walkthrough. He assured me that he would be back the following week to fix them himself. From that point forward, the excuses began to flow in and he has never shown up to remedy any of the issues (despite providing new dates along the way). After our initial meeting, I had high hopes for Home Pro Remodeling. After this experience, I would recommend finding someone else to do any work in your home or business.

They did not complete the job like we originally discussed because they juggle numerous jobs at a time and they do not refer to the few notes that are taken during the initial consultation. They hire outside contractors and never personally check out the work before paying your money to these outside contractors for poor quality service. We signed up for a kitchen remodel that was supposed to be finished in 3 months, instead it took them 8 months to finish using subpar contractors whose work had to be redone several times over. After finally finishing my project in June, several cabinets are now warped and the project manager claims that they are not under warranty anymore and insists that I send them the measurements instead of them coming over to follow up on their work. I feel they are unwilling to stand behind their work, while they claim they will. The value of their work is not worth the headache of extended time to completion, showing up late to work, and having to redo work by outside contractors numerous times. Not to mention the numerous lies we were told to put us on hold so they could finish other projects. Overall a bad experience.

I would suggest from my experience getting everything in writing when it comes to your project and expectations. However, the work completed in my kitchen didn't meet all my expectations. Initially, Justine stated that his company work has a lifetime guarantee but after almost a year that hasn't been 100 percent the case. Below is summary of the experience with the World Class Tradesmen. 1. Kitchen faucet installed improperly. Justine attempted to resolve the issue but I had to have it installed by another company. 2. Kitchen cabinet hinges painted over which I couldn't remove to replace. I had the hinges available to be replaced. Justine came out and stated it would take a screwdriver to remove, but didn't assist in removing them 3. Initially job required custom cabinets to be built and installed but pre-fab was installed due my wanting a corner cabinet that rolled. Justine stated he would eat the cost but the invoice was not adjusted. After asking several times for an updated invoice for me and my insurance company; I got no response. My insurance decided not to reimburse me the cost of cabinet stating the work didn't match the invoice. That was almost $3000 out of pocket for me. 4. I requested a certain brand of paint for my kitchen cabinets but that wasn't used. I pointed out to Justine the paint was chipping he stated it was due to the age of cabinetsupdated. I had to pay another $900 to have my cabinets repainted. 5. The kitchen sink is installed at a slant which means when the water is let out I have to push the water to the drain for it to drain correctly. 6. I moved my Frig, there was an opening to the back of the cabinets. He did come out and cover the area.I 7. After 7 months of use, my new GE cooktop went. I was cooking when I saw and heard several sparks under the cooktop. My cooktop went out. I contacted Justine via text speechwhich he did respond by calling. During our call; He gave me a speach about it wasn't his work but the cooktop. I was like really he offered to send his electrician out but at this point, speech which I was exhausted. Justine is very professional however the work I received was not as expected. i debated writing this review but felt I should share my experience. He was very accommodating with my payment due to the insurance withholding payment until the job was completed.
