They explained the process and answered any questions. Then they proceeded through the house, connecting the large vacuum hose via the furnace and using a compressed air hose to blow off the dirt and dust for removal. The final phase was the additional dryer vent clean-out. This was complicated slightly due to the piping layout in our walls, but they managed it.
