JUST FOOD for thought: This company charges a $59 deposit which they said is supposed to go towards the amount of service. So if you decide not to use the service they will keep your $59 and a call it drivers fee. My story I called this company to service my clogged bathtub. The lady that answered the phone was very pleasant and she did explain to me the procedure. I still decided to try this company. Staff can to my home 2 guys and the first thing the guy stated was I thought you had septic tank issues so he brought the digger. I was like my call was for clogged bathtub. I explained to them that they needed to have booties on their shoes to enter and he was ok with that. Next, the guy came into my home did absolutely nothing for $59 charge. He the proceeded to look at a damn binder and IM guessing this binder was the service price list because he told me he would need to snake my system and it was quote at 375 not sure the exact price but it was 3 something. I stated that's pretty expensive. I also asked him how much he would charge to connect my water to refrigerator and he stated he will talk to his manger ( there was more said) no comment. The service tech never even turned on the facuet to see how the water is not going down he just decided to give me a $59 quote on something that was not investigated but was based on my opinion ( FYI: Im not a plumber). He went to his truck and cam back with a quote for over 1,000 when my call was only for blocked tub. I gave me a quote for things I asked ? about and wrote on the paper that is was recommended services. NEXT, he proceeds to ask me for 20% down for the service needed. OKay u want $59 for deposit and another 20% for service that has not even started the $59 dollars should cover that no other charge should be requested until the job is complete. I felt like this was racial profiling because no one said anything about 20% down when I made the call for service but the guy stated that this was suppose to be explained when I called for the appt. Finally, the guy asked me for the $59 dollars and asked me to write my debit ace information down on some paperwork. I explained that I will not be writing my information down and will call the office to and have them run my card. The stated that was not what they don office need a signature on file to run my credit card. I stated I am still uncomfortable writing my card down and I still will not. the called his manager HIS Exact words were . She stated she will not pay for the service and proceeded to tell him no I did not say that. I said I will not be putting my debit information on this paperwork he also stated to the manager that I had someone looking out my door and YES I did because he became very hositle and was making everyone in my home on edge with the lies. He left I called to office and spoke to management and he stated that they needed to get paid for service and I stated no service was rendered but if you are talking about your quote / driver fee I have no problem paying that but as I stated before I will not be adding my debit information to and paperwork I cant track. I told him that I have never heard of an company that don't take over the phone payments and he stated he has never in his several years off business has he gone through this. Sadly, the worker that came over stated he has gotten in trouble for customers not paying up front. So yes he has had this problem before and the review on 03/19/22 states the same exact thing. So management sent me a form to complete via email I completed and content so they can take my payment. Paper work was emailed to me that day and I completed it and emailed it back the same day and 2 days later they try to run the card and funds are no there. This is why you should never deal with a company that is not up to date with technology. Now they are going to have to wait until funds are available again. Staff sent me email stating card was declined and to give them a call back. I not sure what to say but it really took you 2 days to get this payment. The day it happen and a full day yesterday and today they tried to takes it. Office was paid so I'm confused how I stole money from them. Just call them out!! They are trying their hardest to make this review not relevant. BE aware WITH THIs COMPANY. View receipt below. Company is a joke and try's to play victim. Beware of FAKE REVIEWS... since my post there has been several review popping and the one before mine was back in March. Just stating the obvious. I have no reason to make anyone feel awkward but my reviews count. I review my honest opinion. People can deal with company at his or her own discretion. I don't have to mean nor rude to anyone. I don't have to act out of character all I do write my review. Reviews speak volumes. I

I called a total of 15 septic service companies and I will tell you I wouldn't hire ANY of them except Sander's Septic! They were timely, they went over and above to work in the inclement conditions for a simple pump and then they added a filter cover and pump cover that we requested. Shaina, the all-around, amazing person/receptionist/office manager/scheduler you get when you call them (Also the wife of the owner I think). Super awesome, even left the pricing phone call with giving me advice on what to look out for when contacting other companies. They were helpful and customer service driven, they are accommodating to whatever you are asking for (even if it's not in their timelines or abilities), they will tell you if you should or shouldn't do whatever you are asking about and then give you pricing up front (flat rates), then knock out whatever work you give them. AMAZING PEOPLE, OUTSTANDING BUSINESS, We will not be going with anyone else and neither should you!! Call them for emergencies or the routine pumps and inspections.... You cannot go wrong with these folks for your septic tank needs!!!!

I had a bad experience with this company. They lack communication until they need to get paid. I…read moremade an appointment for a Monday at 1 and only found out it was cancelled because I called to confirm about an hour before the appointment. When the inspection was completed on Tuesday, I requested the inspection report to also make the payment. I called the office for hours on Wednesday trying to get in contact with ANYONE for an update with no answer. I only received communication when I told them I no longer needed the report. This was for a home I was in the process of buying, so deadlines are important. To make the complaint, I spoke with Trevor. All he cared about was getting the payment and offered no apology, just an 'ok.' Very disappointed in their customer service. No pictures were offered in the reports

The young lady who answered the phone (at 11 pm) was very kind. I have an emergency septic issue…read morewhere one is full and inoperable and I need to purchase another one to install on a different part of my property. I asked her if the company "sold tanks" and she said "no sir... we only install them." Being a septic company, I asked if she new another company that sold them so I could have her company install it. Some cowardly man in the background yells out "google it!" and the call disconnects. If you're open 24/7 for emergencies, you should be willing to answer questions. Yes, I can keep google searching; but all searches up to this point have led me to your company. I'm not to sure why... If you install tanks, surely they haven't ALL just been there waiting for you. You guys missed an opportunity to do better than what you did.
