When the inspection was completed on Tuesday, I requested the inspection report to also make the payment. I called the office for hours on Wednesday trying to get in contact with ANYONE for an update with no answer. I only received communication when I told them I no longer needed the report. This was for a home I was in the process of buying, so deadlines are important. To make the complaint, I spoke with Trevor. All he cared about was getting the payment and offered no apology, just an 'ok.' Very disappointed in their customer service. No pictures were offered in the reports
