After much effort, we finally spoke with the owner and agreed: if the issue was on our end, we'd pay to fix it; if it was due to their work, they would handle it without further charge. That seemed fair--but unfortunately, it's been radio silence ever since. No follow-up, no resolution, no returned calls. We regret not reading the reviews beforehand.
