The phone was answered right away, even though it was a Saturday. The gentleman gave us a quote over the phone with a description of the services the company would provide. The one thing that caught our attention was that they power washed the tank after emptying it, which no other company mentioned they would do. Also, they have us a military discount as my husband is a veteran. They arrived on time as scheduled and completed the job quickly. The employees were friendly and helpful in answering our questions. My first contact with this company seemed to be a positive one. The lady that answered the phone…read moreseemed to understand, as a woman, where I was coming from in attempting to express my need to have our new house's tank pumped. In my naiveness, I admitted that we didn't know the state of our house's septic tank to which she replied that she would recommend that we get it pumped. I was pleasantly surprised when she told me that they had an opening the following day. This should have been red flag number one. What reputable and in demand company has availability the next day? Regardless, I booked a 9 AM appointment to have someone come out and pump our septic tank. She had already quoted the amount for pumping a tank that would typically be in a 3 bedroom house. She warned me that if the septic tank was more than 20 inches under ground that they would have to charge a $250 fee to bring in a backhoe and dig it out. So I asked her what would happen if the man came out and found out that he needed to dig out the septic tank and we said well let us do it and come back when we're done, she said that she didn't know but that she was sure that he'd "work with us." Well the next day when a man came out and found out that the tank was actually 1,000 gallons he said he'd have to charge more. He told my husband that if he didn't want to pay that amount then that man said that my husband would have to pay $250 just for having the company essentially come out and uncover the tank. My husband felt that he had no choice but to pay the man to pump out the tank. I must say that the tank wasn't HALF FULL!! I don't think that it was right for him to charge to pump out a 1,000 gallon tank that wasn't even half full. He could've charged the lesser amount (the one for a smaller tank) since our tank wasn't half full but perhaps he saw an opportunity to charge more and by golly he took it! I'm not sure what their goal is but it isn't earning lifetime customers. I think that the right thing would've been to charge us less since our septic tank was NOT HALF FULL!!

They busted an irrigation pipe near the septic tank, they said. They repaired the leak (in my opinion, incorrectly), but now two irrigation zones don't work, and I hear water running through the house. My husband called Management, and they charged $195 to come out to investigate last week, but didn't fix the two zones that worked before they worked on your tank, and said they didn't hear the noise. We paid over $900 for 1,500 cleaning and an outlet tee.

Our septic drain field failed and Terry was the…read moreonly one who took the time to notice that it was largely due to the fact that they were in the flood plain of the lake we live on. This meant we needed a pump tank so we could have a new drain field placed up hill in our front yard. Not an easy job, but Terry and his amazing crew (of women!) made it happen in 2 days! Of course, we waited over a year before we ready to pull the plug on this operation (pardon the pun) since it was very expensive. We feel it was worth every penny for their guidance and expertise though. And if you just need a septic tank pump, Tyler, is your man. :-)

I find it interesting that it took 8 months for the business owner to respond to a yelp review…read more.. my issue with them was that after repeated attempts they were short with me when I was finally able to get a call back and they were too busy to schedule a service call. Now- 8 months later they respond to my review. Seems my review was spot on... maybe they don't want to expand to be able to service more customers - that's fine - it's certainly fair for others who come to yelp for information to be able to get the whole picture.
