Quality was the only company that was able to come ASAP. We were told our system needed to be pumped (it was last pumped 3 years ago) and the cost would be $750. Being desperate, we agreed. During the pumping procedure, we were told we needed a new filter, so we said ok. After supposedly finishing the job, we were told they had also had to "unclog" the system, and our total was $1450. I was astounded, but again, we were desperate, so I pulled out the credit card. Imagine my surprise when, approximately 3 weeks later, the system backed up again, and both downstairs toilets, showers, and the outside overflow drain were all erupting with waste material. We called Quality and was told our system probably had a problem with the drain field. I was SO DONE. These people were STILL trying to get MORE money from us!!
