The system and yard were fine until this company came! When they came to give us a quote on service vs replacement, they only quoted replacement. They also broke the lid on our tank, it fell in, and they simply put a piece of plywood over it! Later they lied about doing that. They tried to blame the age of the tank! We called several septic companies as our system was backing up just as we were scheduled to have a dozen women for a slumber party (YUCK!!!). Quality was the only company that was able to come ASAP. We were told our system needed to be pumped (it was last pumped 3 years ago) and the cost would be $750. Being desperate, we agreed. During the pumping procedure, we were told we needed a new filter, so we said ok. After supposedly finishing the job, we were told they had also had to "unclog" the system, and our total was $1450. I was astounded, but again, we were desperate, so I pulled out the credit card. Imagine my surprise when, approximately 3 weeks later, the system backed up again, and both downstairs toilets, showers, and the outside overflow drain were all erupting with waste material. We called Quality and was told our system probably had a problem with the drain field. I was SO DONE. These people were STILL trying to get MORE money from us!! This company is full of empty promises. They make appointments and don't keep them. They will give you the run around and tell you they're coming to keep you in the hook. The owner, Sam Flowers condones and participates in this behavior. I wasted time and money waiting for this company on several different occasions. I guess I'm lucky they never showed up because the $300 quote would have doubled like the other poster's. They even gave me a $19,000 quote to replace my septic system. this is the absolute worst septic company ever. My elderly parents septic tank backed up and they came to pump it out and when that didn't work they offered some jet pump which should not have been done because it clogged up the entire line. When my parents called they said we told you that the lines needed to be repaired and of you wanted to put a band aid on it that is your choice. My parents are out of $1700 and the entire basement is filled with waste. We have called them and they won't come back and pump it out again even though it's state policy to do so. We have contacted the county to report this hazard. please don't use this company. My parents can't use the bathrooms and are literally wiping and putting tissue in bags. what the hell? whatever you do go somewhere else. read more

We went out of town and came back to a small pool in my front yard. After I calmed down from the anger I got on a Yelp and sent out requests for a reputable plumbing company. Samuel got back to me within 20-30min. He came out the very next day. His work was impeccable and he was very professional and the price couldn't be beat. I will definitely do business with Quality Septic again in the future. UPDATE: This has to be one of the most UNRELIABLE companies I've ever seen! Samuel was quick to take my mothers money after the problem he initially fixed happened again. I called him 9.11 and he said he would be able to come out at 5pm that day. The quickly went by at 6:30pm I called,texted, and left a voicemail and received no response or call back from him. This morning I called him and he swears his truck was being inspected and he had no clients and he would be here at 1pm. At 1:23 I called him and he lied and said he was 30min out. My mom called at 2:45 and he says he was waiting on some equipment ( which he mentioned nothing to me about earlier) to be delivered. I was having plumbing issues where it was backing up in the house. They came out and pumped the tank but months later I had to call them back again with the same issues. I've used them at multiple locations, paid for extensive work to be done and still had to call them back over and over until they stopped answering my calls. The owner and the office will not respond to me at all after not completely fixing my issue. The owner have told me on multiple occasions that he is minutes away to never show up or return my call or even answer my call. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! read more

This company is a scam!!! Beware, they will talk a good game and come right out and tell you they found other problems that can be fixed with their $5,000 plan. They will promise you that you are under warranty. However, not even a year in I started having the same problem that this $5,000 plan was supposed to fix. Not only did they not honor the warranty. They stop taking my calls and sending me to voice mail. I notice by reading the reviews on Yelp and by this company's F rating with the BBB that this is normal behavior with the owner Sam. I am giving Quality Septic a glowing review. Making an appointment was easy and they were able to come to my home quickly. Sam did a full inspection of my septic tank and gave great recommendations about things that needed to be fixed and the future costs of the fixes were not bad at all. Sam was great at explaining the work he did and while he had to dig up the yard a bit for the inspection, he did an excellent job covering the tanks back up and making it not look like an eyesore after. I would recommend them to anyone looking for septic inspections or repairs. read more

This company has been absolutely horrible!! They promised my husband and I to come to our house for service 2 different times and never showed up plus they refused to pick up our phone calls. We literally had to borrow someone else's number to get a hold of them for a document needed to go forward. Once we got a hold of them the woman started yelling and hung up and we have been extremely nice and respectful! Please do not waste your time here. Quality Septic LLC is a scam, all about making money. I was billed for two different sewer line services, Hydro Jetting and Hydraulic Pressure that performed the same functions, clear clogs, and buildup. I was billed for excessive sludge and overfill which are bogus fees. Their website claims that they are BBB accredited but they are not. They have an (F) rating by BBB because of complaints filed against the company. They broke my access cover to the tank and did not bother to make it known. I found out about it six months later when I had to call a different company to pump my tank again because Quality Septic did not do the job correctly. The name of their company should not be Quality Septic because they do not provide quality work. I was in a hurry to get the work done and I did not do my research before choosing them. Called for an appointment and was able to get one quickly. Was given a window of 9-11. No one showed up. Called at 12 and was told that they'd be out at 3:30. Ok that's annoying since no one ever called to tell me this. But then 4:30 came and went with no one showing up. Then when I called no one answered the phone. Left a message that wasn't returned. Called to cancel on the off chance anyone was actually planning to show up any other day. I don't like giving my money to people people who are unprofessional. I'll look elsewhere. read more

I picked the wrong septic tank company, I was overcharged on what they quoted me to empty my tank. I was quoted 350 claims she gave me a discount so only charge me $300 but also charge me 350 for sludge and $350 for overflow after a rainstorm. How can you overcharge somebody to separate sludge from liquid. Do not do business with them. read more

Beware: Samuel Flowers, owner of Quality Septic is very unprofessional and unethical. I had a septic issue on September 14, 2018. Samuel replaced the effluent pump. The work was completed for $900.00. Over the next few months, we noticed that a few toilets were not flushing. We called Quality Septic and never got any assistance. In March our toilets started backing up and we called TurboRooter Plumbing & Septic to come out. We were told that the effluent pump was not working and sewage was backing up in the house. We had the septic tank pumped and had to replace the effluent pump. We called Quality Septic and Samuel and he answered. We told him the situation and was asked to send him a copy of the receipt from TurboRooter because the pump he replaced in September was under manufacturer warranty. Samuel agreed to reimburse us the cost of the pump. He agreed to come to our home and bring a check several times. Unfortunately, he was always a no show. The latest incident occurred on Friday, August 2, 2019. He told me that he would be to my home to settle between after 3 pm. This afternoon I sent a text to Samuel informing him that I was reporting Quality Septic to the Better Business Bureau. If I could give a negative star I would. Samuel Flowers, the owner of Quality Septic tank sent his employees out to clean my septic tank. As they were leaving, they damaged my driveway due to the weight of the truck and trailer that cracked my driveway, roughly 14 ft by 3ft. I contacted Samuel Flowers about the incident and he said that his trucks do not weigh enough to cause damage to anyone's driveway. He said he would come out and look at my driveway in the next couple of days. I had to contact Samuel Flowers the next following week because he never returned my phone calls. He promised me in a text that he was going to get someone out to repair it as soon as possible. Two weeks later, after many texts and phone calls, he sent one of his employees out to my house with a couple of bags of cement to replace my driveway, at that time I told the employee it was unacceptable. As of April 22, 2020 I have tried to contact and email Samuel Flowers he has refused to take my calls and he told his employee to tell me that we will just have to deal with this in court. This is unacceptable business practices on all levels, I would categorize this company as a scam. I spent my hard earned money keeping up my house and for his employees to come out and damage my driveway as they left was unacceptable. Quality Septic tank is not a reputable business!!! read more
