Received service of having my septic tank pump today (9/8/26). I should had written their names down the two men that came today. The were on time, explained the process and was professional from start to finish. I was quoted a price prior, and it did go up but I needed some additional work done. I received by email details of what work was done and pictures. They left the area clean. I would use them again. read more

Overpriced, doesn't do everything they agree in the contract to do. Ridiculous extra charges for "overfull" and "trash".

These guys are thieves. They came to my house and couldn't find the septic tank. I had to call the previous owner to locate it for them. After that, they still claimed they couldn't find the tank and wanted to charge $475 to use a camera to probe it. Then they asked for $1,000 more to move dirt out of the way, saying they had to hand-dig because there was a cable underneath. Their prices are outrageous and completely overcharged. They showed no real knowledge and kept adding extra charges for small things. They charge me $285.00 for cancelation. read more

Shows up when they said they would. Charged what was quoted job was completed satisfactory

They are good, honest people. Got the job done and did it right. They were up front with the cost and also very reasonable. We hope not to have any more needs with our 50 year old septic tank but will definitely call them if we do. read more

Last week, we started having problems with our septic tank. We'd been trying to get someone from Rowe to come out for 4 days. We finally gave up and called One Way. Jody was at our house within 30 minutes. He was friendly, fast, efficient and very professional. We've been living in our house for 36 years. He provided us with information, about caring for our septic tank, that no other company has. We will certainly be using One Way from now on. Thanks Jody. You're definitely a huge asset to your company. We pray for your continued success. read more

I called because of a suspected septic leak and it was like talking to Sherlock Holmes! Just from the information I provided over the phone, he was able to guide me to solve the problem on my own and save money. That's the mark of a very honest businessperson. Service was professional and courteous. I ended up needing more than just tank pumped. This was mostly due to previous company used. Anyway they took time to give me several options and then preformed my choice quickly and at a reasonable price read more

Quick to reply when we needed help, and was able to get the job done within the week.

The gentlemen that showed up were punctual, courteous, and professional. They drained the tank, hosed it out, and inspected what they were able to. They charged exactly what they quoted, and didn't attempt to upsell services. Will definitely use them again. read more

Michael and Chris did a great job of explaining the cleanout process and what they were looking for with respect to cracks, condition, fill level, and baffle tee. My tank is 50 years old, and buried 6-feet rather than the tradition 2-feet. This made accessing it much harder than normal. Michael suggested installing a new tank lid that would accommodate a 24-inch riser. In the future this riser will enable access to the tank without having to dig a 6-foot hole and disrupt the yard. It will pay for itself in the next two cleanouts. Michael and Chris were very nice and easy to deal with, and left the yard the way they found it. I am very pleased! read more

We requested an entire clean out of our septic tank from One Way Septic. We received a response immediately. It was crucial to get the tank cleaned out within a four day time frame because we have construction on the house within the week. The day after our initial call they came out. Jody kept us informed as to his arrival time. From the moment Jody and Preston arrived they were kind, organized and informative as far as the procedure. They did a great job with a thorough clean out of the tank. Jody instructed us on any repairs needed on the tank and plumbing. They took their time and weren't hurried to get away. They were personable so that it was like having familiar friends. If you've read many of my reviews, you would read 'Yup, I'd have a cup of coffee with them'. Sure enough, I'd have a cup of coffee with them. My wife hears the comment all the time whenever I meet interesting people. This is a family owned company well worth the call. read more

I called One Way Septic because 5 years had gone by since I purchased my home, and it was time to clean septic, but that something looked odd with my system and I wanted someone to come check it out. They sent Cody to my home and we discovered the septic tank lids were too deep to reach without excavation. I asked for a quote and they told me it would cost $3200, so I told him I had to think about it, and they charged me $293 for trip charge. I thought that might be customary , but afterwards I called several other companies and they came out to give me quotes, no charge, and the excavation fees were much more reasonable than One Way Septic. I would stay away from this company. read more

Had an emergency and they came out same day. They are very professional and kind. They got the job done in no time and there reasonably priced as well. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

As with my other review as I've dealt with three companies this year they all lie they come they tell you your septic system is full of course it's full that's why I called you and then they give you some crap about you need a new drain field you need that buy Rid-X put Rid-X in regularly and keep your fingers crossed and get your drain field working had three septic companies at three locations they all quoted me around $300 to pump the septic system out and then when they got here increased to $600 it's the same bait and switch game that everybody does but I guess you need to get your septic system pumped. Don't really bothers me is how they lie to you so easily. read more

Straightforward and honest company. Cody & team arrived on time, got the job done and didn't try to upsell me on anything. read more

They were fast with communication and showed up early. We had some deeper issues than just cleaning out the tank. They worked well into the night to get the problems fixed. read more

The crew that came today were excellent! Very knowledgeable and respectful! Highly recommended!

They did a great job! Although the total cost was more than originally quoted, Trenton made sure I had pictures and all the necessary information to make the needed decisions. He never once pushed for additional services or made me feel like I was asking too many questions. He even took the time to speak to my husband who was at work, so he too could be part of the decision-making process. Not to mention, Trenton was very knowledgeable and respectful! I would highly recommend One Way Septic! read more

Very shady. I had to pump my tank and found issues which of course happens with older homes. I had a $5k quote which mainly involved de rooting. Well darn, from $700 service originally escalated quickly. If i'm going to spend $5k on something, i'm going to shop around. Got the pumping done during the meantime just to clear out the tank. Requested for invoice and quote for 2-3 days straight. Eventually no response so i gave up. 25 days later, tank was full again... Called them to get a my receipt and quote that was never delivered. All of a sudden my email worked and they sent quote via text instantly. Coincidence? Nope, they didn't want me to shop around and expose them of their overpriced 3 years experience in business. Sent their quote to multiple places and they were baffled. unreal. they will try to get the most out of you. Overcharge and give you quotes that might not fix the issues. read more

After getting a ridiculous quote from a plumber we contacted an expert. Fast and upfront with pricing. Very professional and cleaned up very well. Much more knowledgeable than the national plumbing company we originally contacted. read more

Called One Way inquiring about an alarm that was going off on my septic tank. Instead of trying to charge me immediately they talked me through a few ways to troubleshoot the system. Within five minutes their team provided me with a viable solution. When or if I need more extensive service, they will be my first call. Very professional and helpful. read more

We had our septic tank back up, and they came out quickly, gave us a flat fee and found what the issue was immediately. We got different estimates and One Way Septic offered the best prices, besides that they are super professional, are very careful to leave your property better than when they arrived, they take the time to answer all your questions and besides being a great business they are also good people (honest and good people are hard to find). I can only say GREAT things about them and I'll use them every time our tank needs to be serviced and make sure friends, family and anyone that asks about a good company uses them. read more

Had a problem with our sump pump and needed it to be fixed as soon as possible. One way septic services reached out to us within minutes. A lot of other places were closed on the weekend so this was about our only choice. 5 stars for the prompt service call, same day service and efficient workmanship. 2 stars for the up-charge and how expensive the total was. $2924 to install a sump pump, drain the septic tank, and change a filter. Overall, if you don't mind paying an arm and a leg, then this place is for you. If it wasn't an emergency then we could have priced shopped for more affordable price quotes and services. Would I recommend? Likely not for how expensive it was, but if it's an emergency and the only place open, then it's about your only choice. read more

Very responsive & helpful! The crew came out quickly & fixed our issue. I would highly recommend.

Cody and his associate did a wonderful job! Took great care in all aspects. I was able to approve the work before anything was done. Very honest company! read more

when I first contacted them for information, I found this company to be very upfront about their pricing. they texted me prior to arriving to let me know they were on their way. When Trenton arrived he went over the pricing once again. There were no hidden costs and I was well aware of everything that was going on throughout the process. (I called them out to pump my septic tank). I anticipated there might be some other issues because this is a 100 plus year old home and nothing was done by the book! However Trenton did not start any of the work without showing me exactly what was going on with my septic tank. Because there were multiple things that had been done incorrectly one of the estimates he gave me was to simply do the pumping that I had called them for originally but he also provided me with two other estimates of work that needed to be done to bring it up to standards. Now that I know I will definitely be calling this company back to do the extra work that needs to be done and I appreciated the information Trenton provided. There was no high pressure sales here just upfront information. This company and it's employees seemed knowledgeable, honest and professional and was great to work with and I highly recommend them and will plan to tell my friends and anyone else that asks. read more

Jake and Michael came out to pump my septic tank today, and I also went ahead and had the main line hydro jetted as recommended by Jake. I am very happy with the service! No one wants to have to call for septic service, but having no choice I'm extremely happy I went with One Way Septic. Based on their nearby location and positive reviews, I contacted them and received an immediate reply to schedule a service. Jacob and his assistant showed up early and worked in the rain to get the tank located and drained. They checked for any additional problems at my request but found only ones with the outflow pipe and the filter fitting, which they replaced. It did add to the cost, but they were upfront and honest about the process and did not try and sell me any unnecessary work. I was afraid my field was clogged, but they used their equipment to clear that out too and saved me a lot of money. Their equipment was top notch, and their technicians were polite and professional. I now have peace of mind that my septic system is clear and working properly. High Marks for the people at One Way Septic, would definitely recommend! read more

I thank the septic tank business is like so many other businesses a rip off . They tell you 3:55 to come pump your tank knowing when they get here before they leave you're going to be out thousands . I should have told them to put the lid on it after they drained it but they convinced me that a pipe had bested . They replaced it with a PVC and charged me over $700 . They have the camera and they can show you things and I know for a fact he showed me a little debris at the opening of my field line so with his vacuum hose that was sucked up but he did not go into my line which I know is gravel with that suction. Again I was charged $700 for sectioning and cleaning the field line. Folks that was not done . I can't say enough for the two guys that came to do the job and I know they just did their job but the pricing is ridiculous. read more

I called them to empty my skeptic tank. The estimate was $500. After uncovering the tank they found minor problems with the soil pipe intake and the field line drainage. It took them about an hour to fix the problems. The material costs were $10. They charged me over $2000. They had me between a rock and a hard place as I clearly couldn't be without a sceptic tank while I found another company. These charges are aggregious and opportunistic. They tout themselves as a family business..clearly this not the case. I recommend that you chose another company. read more

Over the 15+ years that we've owned our home, we've been through 4-5 different septic companies, and dumped thousands into our system, only to have it fail in new ways down the road due to dishonesty and shoddy workmanship. For once, I feel I've found a septic company that wants to be honest and do good work. One Way Septic were there when they said they would be, and went beyond what they were asked. Jake and Michael came out and were knowledgeable and friendly, and showed me the work as they were doing it. It feels good to have a company to recommend to friends and neighbors now. read more

I would recommend this company to everyone. Our septic tank backed up over a three day holiday weekend. I called the number listed online and got an answer.... From the owner of the company, Jody. He was very friendly and ready to get to work. He sent his son in law out the very next morning and got us back up and running, even though his pump truck had broken that morning. He dug the holes by hand and cleared it up enough so that we could operate our facilities until they could get back out with their truck. We didn't pay anything until the job was completed. And, Jody didn't charge us any extra because of the holiday weekend. It was just one flat rate. I called around to several different companies and this is the only one who would come out and service or system without charging extra or waiting until the holiday was over. If you need septic service, this is definitely the company to call! read more
