HONEST and FAIR PRICES!…read more We First called a company who came out (rymes with "one day septic") and did the old bait and switch on us and the quote that they gave us over the phone was at the highest $585, but after they came out and got everything opened up they then said that it was overfilled and more than their truck could handle and also that I needed a new filter in the cost was going to be well over $1,200 - essentially double the price that they quoted us on the phone. While they were still here trying to push their case for more money My wife called Papa septic and talk to the owner and he gave her all kinds of advice for free Not even thinking we're going to hire him and asked us to look at the filter to see if it really did need a new one or not and after a resent him pictures and He gave us all kinds of guidance again not even knowing if he was going to get hired or not . We made the other guys leave and the owner of Papa septic came out and did the work and use extremely professional and friendly and just a downright nice guy and best of all his price was under $500!!! I highly recommend Papa septic if you want good reliable fair and honest service and pricing.

From my research, I found more reasonable prices in the $350-$400 range. I spoke directly with the owner, who agreed to give me a $50 discount, but that discount was never applied. I ended up wasting even more time calling back and forth just to follow up over $50. Very disappointing experience. I would recommend getting multiple quotes and making sure any promised discount is documented before agreeing to the work. I used them because it was a referral and didn't think to question their prices until afterwards. Mistake made on my part for trying someone new and local.
