They told me they would give me $700 off if I paid in cash rather than by check or credit card. I can't be sure, but I'm thinking the workers overcharged and then pocketed the extra cash. That was about a year ago and I just had to have it pumped again. It's just my wife and me, and it's a 1500 gallon tank, so there is no way it should have filled up again that quickly. Even the company that came out today and pumped it again told me that the last company that pumped it did a poor job. Save yourself some money and use someone else - ANYONE else! They were able to fix my main with without moving my hot tub, with minimal demolition to my patio, and my deck was unscathed, even though they need to dig a 4 foot trench under it.
