They need a credit card to hold the appointment so I give it to them. So 24 hours before I get a call from rose to confirm my Plummer . I said I don't need a plumber I need someone to help me with my septic system. I need someone to come look at the lines . Rose said oh they had you down for a plumber well the front desk doesn't know what they're doing. Your house is pretty old you probably need all your lines replaced and I'll send out Brenda. Whoa , who's Brenda ? You're gonna try to sell me a new system? Rose said don't worry Brenda's going to come and look at the property. I call back from work get someone else . I said who is Brenda that's coming to my house tomorrow? What is her function in your company? Ugh umm I don't know . I think you have a plumber coming out ? I said cancel everything- you guys are way too scary. No Company should ever say the other person I talked to in the Organization didn't know what they were doing . Every single time I called I got a different answer from a different person. I was too scared to book them. They might be great at septic , but their customer service doesn't install any faith in me to hire them .

I called a total of 15 septic service companies and I will tell you I wouldn't hire ANY of them except Sander's Septic! They were timely, they went over and above to work in the inclement conditions for a simple pump and then they added a filter cover and pump cover that we requested. Shaina, the all-around, amazing person/receptionist/office manager/scheduler you get when you call them (Also the wife of the owner I think). Super awesome, even left the pricing phone call with giving me advice on what to look out for when contacting other companies. They were helpful and customer service driven, they are accommodating to whatever you are asking for (even if it's not in their timelines or abilities), they will tell you if you should or shouldn't do whatever you are asking about and then give you pricing up front (flat rates), then knock out whatever work you give them. AMAZING PEOPLE, OUTSTANDING BUSINESS, We will not be going with anyone else and neither should you!! Call them for emergencies or the routine pumps and inspections.... You cannot go wrong with these folks for your septic tank needs!!!!
