Bad experience. This was serviced prior to buying our home and they did some additional work however it was not fully functional. The output line was at the top of the tank resulting in it not draining correctly. A Sunday that started as a stinker, ended in success! Due to a clog, our septic started to back-up into our home. I knew that we required service ASAP. My anxiety started to build after being told by the first 2 places that I called, that the earliest possible service would be Monday. I called Action Septic and to my surprise, Gary answered! I used them twice before in the last 5 years no issues, I tried using them again this week and they just dropped the ball multiple times. Starting with whoever is answering the phone now. Dude sounds asleep every time he answered! I called at 9:15am to schedule a service the guy tells me they'll be here next day early afternoon. Following day I text him at noon for an ETA, no reply. I call around 2pm and the same guy who had "scheduled" me for a pump service acts like we never talked before. What really gets under my skin is that he tried to turn the conversation on me, the customer, insinuating I was lying about having called him the day before by saying that he ALWAYS asks customers for all their info before scheduling! He didn't! Dude, you are running a business admit you are in the wrong and just reschedule the customers! Why would I not want a service I am CALLING to schedule? So unprofessional, they had done work for me before and I was ok with them but now I will no longer be using them especially with how they are running things now! I wish I had read the previous review, because I agree whole heartedly with it. They didn't listen, charged us for the most expensive services (which in hindsight we realized we didn't need), upped the charges after the work was started, and didn't itemize the additional charges (which I specifically asked him to do). When I called Gary the next morning to ask him about the additional charges, he asked me to send him a copy of the invoice, which I did, and he never got back to me!!! If you want to be disrespected, ignored and overcharged hire them. If not, stay far far away, which I wish I had done. read more

These guys came out to fix a 30 yr old septic tank issue. They were very professional and took care of the issue quickly and efficiently. They kept me informed every step of the way while replacing pipes that had corroded and putting in overflow valve. I would definitely use them again. read more

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I my septic tank flushed and was told I need additional work done that would cost $2200 on top of the $349 paid. I called a plumber and he recommended Arnold Septic Tank. I would suggest you bypass Action because they are out to rob customers and have the nerve to offer finance. I called and spoke to Gary (the owner) on June 25. He told me someone would be out between 12-3 that day. Never came so I called at 6 and was told they got held up on a job but would be at my house around 7:30. Never showed up. Got a text from Jamie the tech at 9:30 saying he had trouble with his truck and could still come out. Really that late. I said no and he said I promise I will be there tomorrow June 26 between 9:00 - 10:00 am. I 12 noon I called him and he said I'll be on the way shortly. I called him back at 1:00 and said don't come but he was near so we let him come. He pumped the tank and proceeded to tell us all the work we need done which came to 2000.00. It only needed pumping not all that other work. I printed off a coupon for the Bio-Tabs that lasted for 1 year. Jamie told me he would give me the Bio-Tabs when he came. When it was time to leave I reminded him and his helper said you know we are out of those and there aren't any on the truck. So he lied to me about giving them to me. Jamie promised he would mail them out the next day which he didn't. I have called the office 8 different times and talked to Gary which told me 4 different times he mailed them out. All I can say is this company is ran by a bunch of liars and don't stand behind their word. Stay away from this company because they are shady read more
