Lonnie King came same day (even though it was in the evening) to address a leak under my sink and replace a shower catridge. He put coverings on his shoes to protect our carpet and flooring. Lonnie had to turn off the water to replace the shower cartridge and advised on how to do it from outside the house. I asked him to check the condition of other sinks, related pipes, toilets, and water heater. He provided an honest assessment and I felt his final bill was affordable. Contacted this company for what I thought would be a simple sink faucet and garbage disposal install. The tech advised that some pipes under the sink needed to be replaced so I ok'd that as part of the work. Two months later, everything he installed is leaking; ruined the cabinet under the sink, so now I have to get that fixed also. Also, he seated the drain in my new sink with a pile of plumber's putty. The drain still does not sit correctly. Long and short, I have to pay someone else to correct what I paid him to "fix" and then pay the added expense of repairing my ruined cabinet under the sink. Lonnie did a fantastic job!!! Great customer service. I own and manage a real estate rental business and a tenant had a water heater go out on a Friday. I called my usual plumber but found out late in the day that they were not going to be able to replace the water heater same day. So at 4:45, I'm starting to call around. I checked with King 24hr Plumbing because of the "5" star rating and I'm glad I did. Lonnie sourced the water heater that afternoon and started the install early evening.
