They also broke the lid on our tank, it fell in, and they simply put a piece of plywood over it! Later they lied about doing that. They tried to blame the age of the tank! I can't believe these guys have a high rating in Google. I was misled by the reviews on their website too. Wow. I trusted it. You should not. Pics are after their 'service'.

Quality was the only company that was able to come ASAP. We were told our system needed to be pumped (it was last pumped 3 years ago) and the cost would be $750. Being desperate, we agreed. During the pumping procedure, we were told we needed a new filter, so we said ok. After supposedly finishing the job, we were told they had also had to "unclog" the system, and our total was $1450. I was astounded, but again, we were desperate, so I pulled out the credit card. Imagine my surprise when, approximately 3 weeks later, the system backed up again, and both downstairs toilets, showers, and the outside overflow drain were all erupting with waste material. We called Quality and was told our system probably had a problem with the drain field. I was SO DONE. These people were STILL trying to get MORE money from us!! I called another company that snaked the pipe connecting the house to the drain, which resolved the issue. If you see Quality Septic, RUN!!!!!

Kenny was very respectful, knowledgeable and explained the details of what and why we needed it and was not pushy about using their company. When asked if he could do the work while he was there, he went to the store to get a few parts and had the needed work done in no time. He even went out of his way to explain about possible other requirements that the installers may also ask about. Was extremely helpful with advise! We did not get other estimates to compare prices but the service was excellent and would definitely use him again!

Kenny arrived as promised in the window quoted and was able to both diagnose and fix the sewage ejection pump problem the same day. I need to reiterate that this was at the very end of the day on a Friday whereas most plumbers couldn't make it out until Monday or Tuesday the following week - talk about above and beyond! He offered two different potential fixes as well as a stop gap fix in the event we wanted to delay a fix for little longer. I'm always so appreciative of someone who doesn't immediately go for the most expensive fix. Kenny really listened to our needs as we deliberated which one we were interested in moving forwards with and was never pushy. We ended up going with the full pump replacement because he had built up trust and really knew what he was talking about, so we were confident he'd do it right to produce the longest term benefit. The price was fair and the work was top notch. He fixed our problem efficiently and effectively, and described everything with the perfect level of detail. He even recommended some good preventative/damage mitigating recommendations that we could invest in ($12 water alarm from Amazon) in case an issue were to arise again in the basement. This company is amazingly customer centric, they absolutely wowed me with their service and care. Kenny and Clog Dawg will be our first call going forward for all our plumbing needs. You have a customer for life!

Arrowhead Plumbing - water leak in my front yard

My usage had spiked from about 9,000 gallons a month to 27,000 gallons. There was a pool of water in my front yard and I even had ducks showing up, which should tell you how bad it was. I reached out to a few plumbers in the area and Arrowhead was one of the first to respond. Derrick, the owner and a Master Plumber, came out to assess the situation. He was upfront about all the options, from a patch repair to a full line replacement, and explained the pros and cons of each without pressuring me into anything. He always took my opinion into consideration. The estimate was fair and clearly written. He sent the invoice via both text and email, and offered multiple ways to pay. The crew showed up on time Wednesday morning. They finished at a reasonable time, which seemed quick to me for a full water line replacement from the meter to the house. The workers were all really nice and professional. Before he left, Derrick was very thorough. When the job was finished I was excited and ready to use the water again. I tested everything and it was working as expected. It would have been easy for Arrowhead to just pack up and leave at that point, but Derrick took the time to make sure I was well equipped to check pressure and plumbing in my home. He actually found that I had toilets that needed to be rebuilt and were still running water. I had no idea they were leaking or even how to check for that. He made sure I was a more informed homeowner before leaving. I highly recommend Arrowhead Plumbing. Top notch company with amazing customer service. Derrick is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about taking care of your home. I expect to use him for any future plumbing needs. If you're in Gwinnett County, call Arrowhead.

The plumber demanded over $1,000 in non-covered costs, claiming all the extra work was required by Georgia building code. When I asked for specifics on the code requirements, he refused to provide any. To ensure I wasn't being overcharged, I brought in another plumber for a second opinion. The second plumber showed me that most of the items I was being charged for weren't necessary, and the legitimate out-of-pocket cost should have been around $350. I attempted to work through the warranty company to adjust the charges, but Arrowhead Plumbing then refused to do the work at all. Cinch Home Services also refused to validate Arrowhead's demands or let me work with a different service provider. This experience has been frustrating, to say the least. I strongly encourage others to avoid Arrowhead Plumbing and Cinch Home Services and look into the complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau if you're considering using them.
