I requested a service visit to troubleshoot the issue and remain hopeful it will be resolved. What has been most disappointing, however, has been the lack of communication. Despite multiple calls, emails, texts, and attempts to reach my salesperson, I received no response and ultimately had to visit the company's office in person to speak with the director of installations. Thankfully, he was very helpful and arranged for a technician to come out. For a $10,000 purchase, I expected a much higher level of post-installation customer service, especially as a long-time customer of 10+ years.
