I needed to move the septic system to meet addition requirements. Precision Septic had friendly, competent staff and competitive pricing. I highly recommend Steve and his team for all your septic needs. They get the job done! read more

I was hoping to leave a better review, but unfortunately, my experience has been subpar. I initially reached out to Steve while I was in the process of closing on my home. I had already had another company come out and provide an estimate, but I ultimately decided to move forward with Steve for a future date. Steve provided me with a quote via text message and advised that he was booked until September 2026. We discussed and agreed upon a date, which I added to my calendar. As the date approached, I reached out to confirm the appointment. At that time, Steve informed us that he was actually on vacation. He apologized and explained that he typically does not schedule services this far in advance. He offered to reschedule and stated that he would also provide a contract. We agreed to reschedule. However, as we approached the new date, no contract had been provided. My husband again reached out to confirm that Steve would be available. We were then informed that the person who would be assisting Steve with the job was unavailable, and therefore the service could not be completed. Ultimately, this entire process was a significant waste of time. I would have appreciated being told upfront if Steve was unable to commit to the job. Instead, after nearly two months and multiple communications, we were left without the service and with very little time to find another company. I understand that circumstances can change, but timely and transparent communication is important, particularly when a customer has planned around a specific date. I would have preferred to work with a company that was upfront about its availability and able to follow through on its commitments. Based on my experience, I would recommend considering other options if you need a company that can provide a firm commitment and follow through on the agreed upon service date. read more

I just had all my field lines replaced by Precision Septic, and they did an excellent job. I dealt directly with Steve the owner, and he was super personable and easy to deal with. He was referred to me by one of my best friends, and he certainly didn't disappoint. Steve is part of a generational business and the guys working for him have decades of experience. I was expecting much more of my yard to be impacted by the installation, but they utilized the space perfectly. Their prices are fair, and Steve was willing to try and repair the existing field (although it had extensive problems). He never pressured me to replace them, but I decided since the old ones were 36 years old and we had substantial tree growth into the fields, I would just start fresh again. This is absolutely an honest company. read more

Meeting Steve with Precision Septic was like meeting my brother! I instantly trusted him and felt very at ease with contracting him to diagnose and fix my septic drains. And he lived up to that first impression. I care for my 3 infant grandkids and was super busy all the time and he was patient and understanding. I wrote the check out for the wrong amount - in his favor - not once but twice (I was busy and very distracted) - twice he came back to me till I finally got the amount correct! The job is superb and I couldn't be happier. I hope I don't need another system - but I am so happy with the job that Precision Septic did - I'd happily recommend them to anyone that needs one! read more

I recently had a problem with the drain field of my septic system. Steve was able to quickly diagnose the problem and develop a solution that was not only acceptable to the county but did not require me having to replace all or part of the drain field. His experience really shows. He not only fixed my problem, but also took care of minor issues he saw that could become problems down the road. I highly recommend. James Johnson read more

We were about to get scammed by another septic company but he was able to do the work for less than half the price. Excellent work; honest guy; grateful for his help! Would highly recommend! read more

Steve installed a bypass in my drain field and did an excellent job. We even had an unexpected pop-up shower mid job and he still persisted and got it done. Thank you so much for your dedication and expertise. We are very thankful to have things back up and running and appreciate everything you did and your attention to detail. We'll certainly be giving you a call next time we need any septic repairs and have already referred you to all our neighbors. read more

Precision Septic - Septic Services Near Me - Fayetteville, Georgia

Steve from Precision is friendly and thorough. He gave us an estimate and then reevaluated after we had some concerns about the location of the drain field. In the end, the cost of the job was below the original estimate. Steve showed impeccable integrity by charging us less than we had agreed to pay. I can't recommend him highly enough. read more

Nice guy that came out but they are probably good just for basic things like pumping tanks. They ended up cutting my alarm line and then having me call Bishop Thiem to finish the job, yet still charged me full price $475. Bishop was able to finish the job, and fix everything. read more

Steve quoted a price to me over the phone. Due to the arctic cold snap, we had to reschedule the work twice. But each time we were contacted and knew what was going on. We didn't realize how long it had been since our tank had been pumped. Turned out it was over 15 years ago!. Steve came out and found a tank with a massive biomat on the top, it took him nearly 3 hours to break it up and pump it out. He charged us the quoted rate even though it would have been well within reason and fairness to charge us additionally due to the condition of the tank. We've got his number ready for the next time and we highly recommend Precision Septic. read more

WE COULD NOT HAVE FOUND A BETTER PERSON TO REPAIR THE SYSTEM IN THE HOUSE WE WERE PURCHASING! STEVE KNOWS HIS JOB AND NOT ONLY WAS HIS WORK EXCELLENT, BUT ABOVE ALL HE HAS INTEGRITY! HE CANNOT WALK AWAY IF HE HAS NOT DONE THE BEST JOB POSSIBLE. HE DIDN'T TRY TO UPSELL, AND WE WERE BLESSED ENOUGH WITH ONLY 9 DAYS TO CLOSING THAT HE COULD GET THE WORK DONE! ONCE THE SEPTIC AREA WAS DUG UP WE SAW THE SURPRISE HE HAD TO DEAL WITH. HE WAS RIGHT TREE INTRUSION....BUT OH MY GOODNESS...IT ENTAILED MORE WORK THAN WE THOUGHT. PRICE DID NOT CHANGE. I moved to GA from the Northeast where I had 7 years of realtor experience and many many many clients had septic inspections done before purchasing a home. I do know about septic systems, and the work it takes to correct issues, replace system, when tank needs pumping etc. There are several different kinds of systems so not one kind fits all. I was very confused when I was told by people and other septic companies to make sure I get the system pumped out before inspected. Steve clarified that it may not be needed. The tank was full due to intrusion of trees and thankfully he recommended a great couple to remove them ....I'll write a review on them after work is done. He knows what he is doing and that comes with many many years of experience and a long line of his family in the business....guess it's in his blood LOL. So if you are ever buying property with a septic YOU NEED TO CALL HIM. He is busy so give him some time (more thank 5 days, like we did....so sorry Steve) . I did call another company that was very booked the problem was I got hung up on twice and when I could leave a message they didn't get back to me....I am so happy they didn't! WE HONESTLY CAN'T THANK STEVE ENOUGH FOR THE JOB HE DID AND MOST IMPORTANTLY FOR THE KIND OF PERSON HE IS! Remember pumping out a tank doesn't take years of experience as it does if you need a repair or replacement. Eva and Edward read more

Great company here. We had a problem with our drain field and they came out the same day and checked it out when no one else would. Came back when he said he would and fixed the problem. read more
