I could write a novel on the issues but to hit the high points: - no supervision from the Project Manager (Eddie) on the job - the workers dug in the wrong place; did the wrong job that was asked - caught our well line with their back hoe and yanked out the line from the well (we are still trying to get this fixed properly) - didn't couple the pipes together properly and buried the pipe - twice! thank goodness we saw the leak through the dry dirt - they put in IRRIGATION LINES instead of SCHEDULE 40 for the work they did on our septic system - Lied about issues/damages done but we have security cameras so we had everything on video and could show the PM - Hit our fence with their equipment - never told us but since we have cameras we could see what happened - The Project Manager came to review the work and started to make repairs once - he NEVER came back. - The list goes on but the problems don't... even today my husband is out trying to still find and fix the leak(s) from their repair - We did have to have a different septic company come to do the original job than needed fixing. That got fixed but now we are just fixing the issues caused BY BISHOP-THEIM I know it's hard to find a good company to work on your septic systems but PLEASE look somewhere else. I hope this post saves someone out there the headache this company has caused us.

Rose said oh they had you down for a plumber well the front desk doesn't know what they're doing. Your house is pretty old you probably need all your lines replaced and I'll send out Brenda. Whoa , who's Brenda ? You're gonna try to sell me a new system? Rose said don't worry Brenda's going to come and look at the property. I call back from work get someone else . I said who is Brenda that's coming to my house tomorrow? What is her function in your company? Ugh umm I don't know . I think you have a plumber coming out ? I said cancel everything- you guys are way too scary. No Company should ever say the other person I talked to in the Organization didn't know what they were doing . Every single time I called I got a different answer from a different person. I was too scared to book them. They might be great at septic , but their customer service doesn't install any faith in me to hire them .

Ours did not prove to be as easy as we had hoped, but Terry and his team worked diligently to get the job done and met all the county requirements. I am not one to write a lot of reviews, but this one I had to write on their behalf. Several friends had recommended Long's to me when our septic problem came to light. I did talk with several other companies, but none of them, apart from Long's, left me with peace and comfort we were moving in the right direction to fix our problem at the most reasonable price. Long's certainly did not disappoint. Thank you, Terry, Ruthann and team for a job well done! - Cathy G, Fayetteville, GA
