I needed a plumber to replace my kitchen disposal and to fix my spare bathroom toilet. So, I…read moreinitially went to my neighborhood FB group page and asked who the group recommended I call for the service(s)? My neighborhood overwhelmingly and highly recommended Water Source Plumbing. I gave them a call this morning. The answering service was quick to answer and very pleasant to talk with about my plumbing issues. They took down my information, said that they would send it to Bobby and that he would get in touch with me. Bobby contacted me probably 10-20 minutes later which I thought was fast and gave me a window of 1-4 pm. Bobby arrived at my house at about 3. Bobby was very pleasant to speak with and had great what I call "professional bedside manner". He looked at my first issue, the disposal, and concluded that it wasn't the disposal but the light switch that powered it. Right there, he saved me a chunk of change by not replacing the disposal and recommending that I replace the power switch (couple bucks) vs the disposal. That impressed me. He also quoted me a price that was a better price if I should need to call him back if the switch fix didn't work. Bobby then went into my spare bathroom and quickly saw the issue of my toilet and had it fixed within 30 minutes or so. So, within in hour and a half, he saved me money with an easier fix for my disposal (for now) and quickly fixed my toilet. I will say that, whatever I spent for his expertise and services, it was WELL WORTH the amount because it wasn't me sweating, swearing, and messing up a plumbing issue. I would easily spend that amount again. I HIGHLY recommend Bobby and the entire team at Water Source Plumbing. They have now become my first choice for plumbing needs. Many thanks go out to Bobby. Manuel is very nice and easy going yet there can be miscommunications through the wife who is the…read moreperson who handles the calls. I had Manuel for almost a year and suddenly, the wife stopped returning my text messages after she tried to overcharge me for picking up leaves Manuel had failed to pick up. This was my first Fall in Georgia. I assume the gardener will clean up the leaves and dispose them. Instead, Manuel created a wall of leaves between my property and my neighbors's. I called their number to ask for the leaves to be either bagged or be taken away yet the wife was snarky and told me it's impossible for Manuel to take the leaves of all the houses he maintains. I offer to buy bags and they came to pick up the leaves yet the wife tried to charge me an extra $120 for that after the weekly fee I paid them. After I asked for clarification, she stopped responding and it has now been 3 weeks. I had been paying them what they ask for weekly maintenance so I expect for the maintenance to take place. Another issue I had was they charge for everything as an extra, even if one asks small plants to be cut or removed. Make sure you ask upfront what their fee includes. I felt Manuel Just was focused on cutting the lawn and nothing else unless I constantly had to ask the wife about what needed to be done. Quite honestly, it's too much work to be dealing with his wife. She seems to be temperamental and also very rude for not returning my texts.
