Terrible service- outrageous prices. We wanted to have a patio and outdoor fire pit built. Set an appointment- the salesperson walks into our backyard and so we start going through the paces he starts by saying we don't do small jobs. We typically deal with big projects which means big $$. Red flag for us since we just wanted a stone patio with a fire pit in the center 10x10. We are like ok? Is this a job you would do? Silence .... So we go into price.... Well, what would the ballpark be? Huge sigh and head scratch. I was beginning to think he didn't want the job which is fine, just tell me that and be on your way. I asked are we within $10,000, no response, he is staring down at the grass then he goes well it is a huuuge job. My husband realized what was at play, So my husband wanted to see how far he would go, $20,000 ball park? No response, $30,000? No response, $50,000 .... $60,000 well I need to have several guys here and it is very labor intensive. A 10x10 patio???? I am sure if we kept adding tens of thousands he would keep going & we were going to get ripped off. We never got a straight answer on price or project time line. What we did get was a laugh and a little amusement out of the appointment so not all was lost. read more

Can't say much about the quality of the work itself, because we didn't even get that far with this company, as the interactions with them just getting the estimate and plan together was so off-putting. We came in with a clear idea of what we wanted and they kept pushing additional work and expensive maintenance plans on us, at one point threatening to not do the job we asked for unless we agreed to an expensive and excessive weekly maintenance plan. There are too many companies in this area that do good work AND are respectful to deal with this sort of disrespectful and bullying customer service. Life is too short. read more

EDI has done an excellent job for us. We've had lawn services for years and they are, by far, the best we have done business with. Great reliability, very complete and detailed work, and very good communications. Our yard has never looked better....incredible team! High marks for the care and support they provide...from mulch, to pine straw, to weekly maintenance. Even help coordinate with other providers of fertilization/weed control. We used them for an extensive amount of work in our yard after a pool install, and not only did they not do part of what we paid for, but in addition we were unhappy with the result. We reached out to them to get some advise on how to fix some of the issues (we just wanted them to come out and look at our issues), and the gentleman that I spoke to refused and told me it was not their fault and that there was no reason for him to come out. I replied that I would have to leave a poor review then as I had not other recourse, and he threatened to sue me for defaming them if I gave a poor review with any specifics. So, I am not giving specifics of our issues or posting a picture. Actually, my biggest warning sign for anybody considering them is that conversation. Not only were they unwilling to just come look and help me see what I can do to fix it, but they then threatened me if I said anything bad about their work online. My father is a contractor and has been in business for 48 years, so I grew up in service industry work with homeowners. I have never heard anything like that, and everybody I have told the story has been appalled and shocked as well. I would be vary wary of a company that both doesn't stand behind their work and threatens you if you are not happy with their work. read more

It's unbelievable how unprofessional, disorganized, and beyond rude the team that works for this company is. We were bullied multiple times having to put our foot down for services that we did not ask for. Brent who runs the company with Bob sent aggressive emails and constantly tried to strong-arm us into services which we did not need, ask for, nor require. Getting them to send you an actual invoice? Good luck with that. There are so many Great landscape companies in this area. Do not waste your time with these disorganized bullies. ZERO STARS!!!! read more
