My daughter and I hired them to remove popcorn ceiling, reroof the house, put up crown molding,…read moreinstall a back door and install some trim. The whole job was a fiasco (except the roof). I never knew when the crew was coming. They were very sloppy. They used some of the trim I bought to construct a base for their saw. They replaced it but, seriously. They had to paint after removing the popcorn and installing the crown. I explained I had special paint for the walls. They used the wrong paint for touchup which meant the entire walls had to be repainted? I think a big piece of the problem was that they didn't speak English. I asked them to replace the crew even if I had to wait a while. They agreed then sent them back. They broke stuff in the house. They scratched my cabinets with ladders and tried to put touch up paint on the scratches that looked terrible. They caulked the molding and it all cracked. I called many times to address the issues and it took days to get anyone. And then I got promises but no action. Finally I sad just stop and leave. I tried to negotiate the payment to reflect the damage. The owner even came out finally to talk to me and wouldn't agree to an adjustment but wanted to send more out to fix things. I refused. I emailed many times, paid part, and asked for an adjusted final price agreement in writing. They sent a lawyers letter of collections threat. I just paid the balance minus the adjustment and said I'd love to show the judge what you did to me. I never heard back. I see lots of good reviews. You are very lucky. But if they could do this to me a single mom with a handicapped child you are rolling the dice if you use them. They have no honor.

I had issues with the subcontractor because they were trying to avoid replacing the roofing felt on a particularly high and steep section of my roof (after they had torn off the old roofing felt). They both (the contractor and the owner Warren) gave multiple reason s why 1.) "it really wasn't required" (never ever heard that one before) 2.) "the roof is so steep that the paper is tearing under the roofer's feet". I objected and held firm and they ultimately changed to a sturdier paper and proceeded to replace all that I could see but I continue to be concerned whether they really covered/replaced it all.
