The leak was found right at the foundation, and the repair was handled professionally and efficiently. While the line was already exposed, I also had the old plastic shutoff valves upgraded to brass. What impressed me most was that there was no attempt to oversell the job. The problem was explained clearly, exactly what needed to be repaired was repaired, and the pricing was very reasonable. They also applied a military discount, which I appreciated. I'd absolutely call Straight Path Plumbing again and would recommend them to anyone in the Senoia area.

Then I was told I would have to get the city of PTC to locate drain line and they would return to finish the job. Wrote them a check for $160 and they left. Out of desperation I called a different company who came out the same day found the clean out cap and took care of the problem and it cost me another $200 plus. I called Cardens plumbing telling them that I didn't think that the guys they sent out were experienced or equipped to do the job and requested at least partial refund. I was told he would talk to the crew when they got in and would call me back the next day. That was 8 yrs ago and I'm still waiting for that call. I thought perhaps he had decided to not cash my check after talking to his crew, because several days went by and my check had not been cashed, but then 2 wks later I noticed it had cleared the bank. I have forgiven ,but will not forget the horrible experience.
