This company came to fix a leaky pipe in my attic and suggested I might want to replace my hot…read morewater heater that was working just fine, aging, but fine. I told them it was not in my budget right now but the leak had to be fixed . Whilst removing the pipe that needed repairing, somehow they dropped something called a nipple into the water heater and NOW it HAD to be replaced.. I was in shock over the price.. the heater itself was $400..but the labor was $2000 ..after THEY damaged it!Thats $500 and hour!!! Once they began the work I had NO chance of comparing prices or getting quotes to compare so had no choice but to pay up! I have since then found out that I was overcharged by almost $1000...I asked that he refund me the difference but he did not seem interested so Im posting this review..do your research is all I can say.

Antonio from Bull Shark Septic came out quickly, assessed the issue, and explained everything in detail. He and his team pumped the tank, hydro jetted the drain field lines, replaced damaged pipes, rerouted my gutter drainage and pool overflow, and removed tree roots that were impacting the system. They also provided a 3-year warranty and a maintenance plan for peace of mind. I truly appreciate Antonio and his team for stepping in during a very stressful situation. Highly recommend!

We tried the normal RID-X and probably another brand to no avail. called a local handy man who said his prices were cheap (don't do this) prices probably are cheap but he couldn't and didn't fix the job promised to come back and never did. I looked on yelp, read a few reviews came up with Scott Sears, I asked him for a quote he gave me a price and came out same day. Due to my error in description we had to reschedule for the next day. I need to add when I requested a quote from Scott, by default Yelp sent me quotes from 3 or 4 other plumbers. Some who gave me quotes that looked like todays date $6/22/2019, some were all over the place. What I liked about Scott was he was sure of his self/job and could quote a realistic price. I know gas and time cost money and people will have you running all around town to look, but most people want these issues resolved immediately. He didn't B.S us with the whole "it will be $600 to come out and take a look and another $1000 to fix it. He said "for XYZ, I charge this." I like that and was able to know that when he arrived I had his money Scott, was a breath of fresh air compared to my previous plumbing experience in the past when a plumber showed up to my house (which I was renting) after pricing up what he thought I could afford he judged me, and set a price based on what money he thought I had and as a female thought I would go for the ridiculous price. I don't doubt that plumbing is a hard job, and that plumbers should be paid well for their worth. Scott was able to make a connection with what I could afford and he could accept for his time, experience and equipment. Scott, told me up front that the price would be more because of the difference in the job (clogged toilet v/s clogged pipes). Despite the increase, Scotts prices were still more reasonable (affordable) than, friends, family and acquaintances quotes. Scott came Saturday afternoon and he brought out all the guns (camera) to get the job done. After reviewing my plumbing issues he determined that there was no blockage anymore and probably all the other stuff cleared it. He reinstalled our toilet with seal, gave us some TP (toilet paper) knowledge and charged us a lower fee than was quoted the second time, and kept it moving. Scott was knowledgeable, efficient, affordable, dependable and thorough. I would definitely call him if I have an issue with plumbing in the future.
