Would give zero stars if I could. Had a blocked sewer line, they sent 2 young guys out who ran a snake down my toilet drain, with no success, went outside and searched for half an hour to find clean out cap ,again with no success . Then I was told I would have to get the city of PTC to locate drain line and they would return to finish the job. Wrote them a check for $160 and they left. Out of desperation I called a different company who came out the same day found the clean out cap and took care of the problem and it cost me another $200 plus. I called Cardens plumbing telling them that I didn't think that the guys they sent out were experienced or equipped to do the job and requested at least partial refund. I was told he would talk to the crew when they got in and would call me back the next day. That was 8 yrs ago and I'm still waiting for that call. I thought perhaps he had decided to not cash my check after talking to his crew, because several days went by and my check had not been cashed, but then 2 wks later I noticed it had cleared the bank.
