    Excellent job Carpet Depot!

They were on time. Acouple of years ago they did my kitchen and I called them back again to do one of my living rooms. Very professional and cleaned up when they were finished.

    Prestige Carpet And Flooring

We hired Prestige Carpet and Floor to do tile in two bathrooms, hardwood flooring and LVP…read morethroughout the entire house and new stairs, treads, risers, posts and balusters. The quality of work that was performed at our home was very poor. I feel it necessary to let potential customers read this before hiring this company. The stairs and railings are a major piece of our front room. The entire process took over 3 weeks and was done totally wrong. Staining was done incorrectly, poly was put over dirt and debris, caulk was filled on entire pieces of trim instead of the just the nail holes. Screws are protruding out of a handrail that I cut my hand on when cleaning. Mis-drilled holes were filled with caulk instead of wood putty. I have had to correct all these problems. The hardwood flooring was glued down. The workers walked in the adhesive and it was all over my new flooring. They sent a guy out twice to get the glue off, but I had to take a section of flooring at the time and remove adhesive from almost every plank. When cleaning the flooring in my husband's office there is a piece of LVP that is not locked in by the wall and is loose. I also need to point out that the master bath shower tile is mediocre. After Bryan says, "TRUST ME WHEN IT'S GROUNTED YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO TELL!" is a lie. After replacing two tile pieces on the bench seat twice, my husband discovered that it was out of square, which was built by his crew. It still is not at the proper slant. After we use the shower, we must squeegee the water off the bench because it just pools on top. During the renovation process, Bryan insisted on starting the tile in the guest bathroom before the drywall went up. We are left with raw edges of drywall that my husband now must put trim up on the sides to cover it. When we approached Bryan he said, "well usually we don't tile until the drywall it up." WTF, He is the one that wanted to start before the drywall was installed. As far as the length of time it took to complete the bathrooms, flooring, stairs and railings...I'm reminded of the movie, "Money Pit" the contractor kept saying, "two weeks, two weeks!" We are just so disappointed not only in the management of the jobs, but the quality of work and the time it took to complete jobs that really weren't completed, because they had to keep coming back time and time again. The supposed stair expert confessed to me that the whole stairs and railing process was not done right. The guy in charge was supposed manage the day-to-day process and was MIA many times, his helper did not know how to properly go about the process. His crews did not show up at the appointed times. The process for each job took way longer than we were told, and the quality of work was very poor. I have pictures to support this review. Pictures don't lie. Prestige sub-contracts some of his work, but ultimately, he is responsible for the work that is done. He took no responsibility! There was always an excuse! I sent all my concerns to Mr. Bryan Holmes and asked him, is this the quality of workmanship that he delivers to all his clients? I have yet to receive a response.

He was professional and knowledgeable but never followed up on doing the work. Did not answer text…read moremessages, etc. Looking for someone else to do my flooring. I need someone who is dependable as well as professional and knowledgeable. Would not recommend this company.

Antoine was quick to respond and was able to come out within a day or so of me asking for a quote…read more Antoine provided a quote that priced all the work separately, allowing us to choose the work scope that was within our budget. He was also flexible in additional requests we had along the way (like asking for a final glossy coat to finish the wood floors). I was originally going to replace carpet with LVP but found wood floors under the carpet! We chose to have the wood floors refinished and stained and they turned out fantastic! It looks like a completely new space. The job was scheduled within a few days and was completed on schedule. Included (for a fee) in the quote was assistance putting furniture back in the room which was helpful. I'd contact Antoine again for future flooring needs.

My expectations might have been too high because of all the great reviews. My experience was good,…read morebut not excellent. Let's start with the good - he did get most of the stains out and did a great job tightening up our carpet. He was also on time and easy to communicate with. The not-so-good: the main thing that irked me was that he put our furniture on top of our other furniture. This includes an air purifier that was on the dirty floor of our bedroom which was moved to be on top of our clean bed. He also put our tables on top of our couches. Not the cleanest method to clean. When I've hired Stanley Steamer before they come with 2 guys who move all the heavy furniture around and place everything on these pad-looking things. They never put things on top of things. They also ask you to move the smaller things out of the way. Also, he also wasn't able to get out of a couple of minor stains. I'd say he was about as expensive as Stanley Steamer, but not as effective. All and all, he was a nice guy but his methodology is questionable.
