We paid for our table, chairs, and a bunkbed ladder to be refinished, but when the items were delivered we were missing 1 chair and the ladder. When we asked about these items, Kerry assured us they would be delivered promptly on their next trip to Charleston. It has been *5 years* and we still have not received these pieces. They won't respond to communication and keep blocking our phone numbers and emails. read more

These guys were scheduled to come to my house twice and never showed up, didn't call me the first time until the next day, never called the second time and won t take my phone call. I then called Mr FIXR. They came the same day, did the work and did not over charge me. I WOULD BOT RECOMMEND ACCOMPLIX to anyone. read more

I was so excited about using this company for refinish some pieces of furniture, especially after speaking with them, seeing photos of their work, and reading reviews. They seemed very knowledgable and professional. I was told the turnaround would be 2-3 weeks. I put down a deposit and then a storm delayed the pickup. I, of course, understand that weather is out of everyone's control and will cause delays. in NC storms are rarely even a week long event. But 3 weeks later my furniture had still not been picked up. I contacted the company and was told they could pick it up in a few days, would give me $100 off the price and would turn it around in 2 weeks. I explained that I was moving in 5 weeks, so I would need them to commit to the 2 weeks. I waited another week before the pieces were finally picked up. I immediately got a bill for the balance and there was no $100 credit. 3 weeks later I contacted them again to confirm the delivery and was told they needed a few more days, which I agreed to. then a week later I called and told them I needed the pieces in 4 days. there was no apology but they said they would commit to deliver the pieces the day of my move in the morning. they did not deliver until 4:00 pm. I immediately got a bill for the full amount due, no $100 discount again and a charge for replacing 5 pieces of wood which they did NOT replace. I cannot say enough good about the Accomplix team - Vikki, Kerry, and Ben. I contacted them through Yelp and received a reply within hours. At first I was a little nervous - I couldn't find much of an online presence for Accomplix. However, I was able to find them registered with the state. Vikki was very polite and helpful when I expressed my concerns, and so I decided to hire them to do an on-site repair of a broken hutch door. Kerry and his assistant were so friendly and professional and did such an excellent job with my hutch that I knew I could trust them with my teak patio set, which they picked up and refinished at their warehouse. Unfortunately, I was unable to attach photos here - but they do not do justice to how beautiful this set now looks, thanks to the Accomplix team.
