I would suggest from my experience getting everything in writing when it comes to your project and expectations. However, the work completed in my kitchen didn't meet all my expectations. Initially, Justine stated that his company work has a lifetime guarantee but after almost a year that hasn't been 100 percent the case. Below is summary of the experience with the World Class Tradesmen. 1. Kitchen faucet installed improperly. Justine attempted to resolve the issue but I had to have it installed by another company. 2. Kitchen cabinet hinges painted over which I couldn't remove to replace. I had the hinges available to be replaced. Justine came out and stated it would take a screwdriver to remove, but didn't assist in removing them 3. Initially job required custom cabinets to be built and installed but pre-fab was installed due my wanting a corner cabinet that rolled. Justine stated he would eat the cost but the invoice was not adjusted. After asking several times for an updated invoice for me and my insurance company; I got no response. My insurance decided not to reimburse me the cost of cabinet stating the work didn't match the invoice. That was almost $3000 out of pocket for me. 4. I requested a certain brand of paint for my kitchen cabinets but that wasn't used. I pointed out to Justine the paint was chipping he stated it was due to the age of cabinetsupdated. I had to pay another $900 to have my cabinets repainted. 5. The kitchen sink is installed at a slant which means when the water is let out I have to push the water to the drain for it to drain correctly. 6. I moved my Frig, there was an opening to the back of the cabinets. He did come out and cover the area.I 7. After 7 months of use, my new GE cooktop went. I was cooking when I saw and heard several sparks under the cooktop. My cooktop went out. I contacted Justine via text speechwhich he did respond by calling. During our call; He gave me a speach about it wasn't his work but the cooktop. I was like really he offered to send his electrician out but at this point, speech which I was exhausted. Justine is very professional however the work I received was not as expected. i debated writing this review but felt I should share my experience. He was very accommodating with my payment due to the insurance withholding payment until the job was completed.

I suggest calling on them because they are reliable and aim to please. One caution: while there are unforeseeable costs in any job, do double check the estimate prior to beginning. The estimator forgot to include the cost of our new roof vent and it ended up costing us a few hundred more dollars. We owed it, but it was just a surprise when it came time to write the check. This was such a small details, though, that it would not deter me from being a repeat customer.

Hired the carpenter to install new front doors that came with a jamb. Paid top dollar ($1200.) only…read moreto have multiple areas of damage to our brand new doors (see attached photos). The doors are fiberglass and the manufacturing company told me it would take a major blow to crack and indent the exterior surface of this door. When I pointed out the damages to the jamb to the carpenter, I was told "it came that way." They did not come that way. It took 2 days for 2 supposedly experienced carpenters to install doors that they had to remove after fully installed to correct problems that kept the doors from shutting. They were almost almost an hour late each day. They took 3 to 4 cigarette breaks per hour. They were not prepared with basics such as screws of various lengths, tools needed to plane a warped area in the opening for the door, spray foam to seal gaps in spaces, etc. I reached out to the carpenter and he flatly denied any damage occurred due to their installation and work with our doors. No willingness to assume any responsibility for their substandard work. Use caution if you hire this company. We have to buy another door to replace the damaged one.

The siding guys were finishing up when I paid the owner and asked that they caulk around some of the siding with big gaps. He said "no problem"... took the money and his guys were gone before he was out of our culdesac. No caulking. I also had informed him that I was having more work done and needed access to the back yard (tree removal and privacy fence). It took nearly a week for me to get them to take their pallet of unused materials from blocking the way to the back yard, and just hours before the tree guys were scheduled to show up. The moral of the story = roof ok, any thing else go another way.
